Horrible service, horrible place. Before booking an appointment I made sure the doctor could speak English but I was still required to hire a translator for 1,000 NTD (now the fee is 2,000 NTD). Besides the waste of money, you also have to go when the translator is available btw. Anyways after the first visit, I decided to go without translator and the doctor (that understood everything I said in English and could speak English fluently) said that from next visit she would have never spoken English again and I was supposed to either hire the translator or go there with someone that could translate everything for me. I brought a friend at the next visit and the doctor explicitly said “Yes I speak English but I don’t get paid to speak English”. My friend was livid as the doctor did not even want to visit me anymore. The icing on the cake was that the nurses were so unprofessional that after attempting 5 times (and putting the needle in my arms, wrist and on the back of my hand!!!) did not manage to take my blood. Their excuse was “Oh you’re a foreigners so your veins MOVE”. Ridiculous. After that, I was so stressed, with low blood pressure that I felt like fainting. Their response was “Oh just keep your eyes open and you won’t faint”. DUMB. Of course I ended up fainting (I was one month pregnant). And when I woke up the first thing the nurse asked me (at that point their English magically became fluent) was to give her my wallet so she would have bought me something sugary. You want to tell me that a clinic does not have some sugar or candies to give to a patient that’s just fainted??? It was a NIGHTMARE. I ended up going to Taiwan Adventist Hospital instead, were the service is excellent and everyone speaks perfect English. My doctor was Dr Liao, he delivered my baby and took care of me like a father. Don’t go to Dianthus, it’s a scam for foreigners.

Well , if there is a minus points to give , I would have definitely given this clinic a big fat minus !! Our appointment was today afternoon with doctor 沈可欣 醫生 ( ke-sing sim) , my taiwanese freind came with me to help me if there is something needed to be clarified. What this doctor did is that she totally ignored me as I don't exist and she just spoke in chinese with my friend, she didn't even look at me or address me as if I am a chair not a person can talk !!!! I am also a doctor and I also have a PhD in medical science, In medical school they taught me about medical ethics between patient- doctor and doctor-doctor... This 沈可欣 醫生 doesn't have any ethics at all , and it is a shame there is doctors like that!!!! A doctor that never care to say hi or how are you or even look at the patient!!! Such an arrogant and impolite behavior. Ethics should be taught before you can get a medical degree and handle people's lives , So much disappointed visiting this clinic 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst experience me and my wife had with a doctor who doesn't even have the basic human ethics. We thought prenatal care in Taiwan is good but what ww experienced doesn't even happen in the least developed countries. It can be even a racist experience there.

It is a modern and clean gynae and paediatric clinic located just across fr the Daan Forrest Park. The clinic has quite a few "star" doctors, and nowadays has attracted many patients. Seats can be difficult to find especially during peak hours. It has a vending machine which provides convenience for those who decide to deliver in their 2md floor labor wards. The clinic also has strong wifi, magazines, and free coffee or tea that helps u kill time during waiting. The only thing is that this clinic does not provide second level fetal scan, and patients are expected to choose other branches instead. Most of the staff and nurses here are friendly and well mannered, though some seem so young and inexperienced which makes blood test a bit painful.

Watch Out, if you’re attracted by the commercials or celebrity recommendations for this hospital. Way below standard, poorest service ever in a hospital that would “only” take care of “celebrities” that make commercial effects for them. If you’re not a celebrity, be prepared to be treated in the most impolite way you could ever experienced. What I met here is the worst experience in a hospital. Worst manner and attitude from nurses who do not give any patience for a patient who waited for more than 2 hrs. And they even charged when I requested to cancel the appointment. Don’t even want to waste time arguing cause this hospital just make people feel sick.

My wife (Taiwanese) and I (foreigner)went to ask about HPV vaccines. After being given the price of TWD19,000 for the 3 shots, the nurse then informed us that for me it will be TWD33,000 because I’m foreigner. We asked clarification if there was any particular reasons foreigners would be charged more and they told us just because I’m foreigner. FYI, I have the NHI, ARC etc… so BEWARE if you are foreigner you will be charged up to 75% more just because of your origin. This is pure discrimination, not sure that’s even legal. We called other clinics after that and all of them told us there are no price difference if you are foreigner or Taiwanese.

I visited this clinic with tummy pain possibly Urinary tract infection (UTI). I took pain relief and ural sachets prior to this visit but did not help and it seems I might have blood in the urine. On arrival, I informed the staff and nurse that I have tummy pain, possibly UTI, and I asked them to offer me a urine jar for testing. Having patient number 38, I was informed that it wouldn’t be 38 as some patient don’t turn up. Since then, I have been waiting for 1 and an half hour (1.5 hour) to see doctor. I had to talk to nurses again after 1.5 hour that I’m in severe pain and asked whether I can see doctor soon, otherwise I need to go to other clinic. What they replied is that just drink more water, as urinalysis shows uti, I need to see the doctor. WHAT A SHAME that there is no triage system. Triage is basic system in both clinic and hospital worldwide. Even though patient say “in lots of pain”, they cannot even squeeze patient in, even after long waiting time. Just let patient wait. Talked to them I need to go to other clinic. After all, just got refund with urinalysis cost deduction. I seriously don’t recommend this clinic. I really feel horrible and sadness locked in and cannot believe this practice happening. I cannot judge this clinic as I haven’t seen any doctor. They might have thorough and thoughtful doctors, however, I do not reckon they take care of patients professionally, with no ethics, do not attend to patients symptoms and concerns at all.

I loved coming here. During my pregnancy and birth it was amazing. i felt very well looked after. During my labour and birth they did absolutely every thing I asked for and didn’t make me feel any of my requests were wrong I felt really well taken care of. During my labour my normal dr checked on me regularly even though she wasn’t my delivery dr. I had two complaints about two different drs(epidural was rough and I didn’t like one other older male dr) but it was handled really well and I didn’t see them again. I loved the food too I felt like it helped me recover from giving birth. They even took care of my dads mosquito bite while he was waiting outside. The translator is really good and also a nurse so it’s very reassuring to have her there. I’d come back to Taiwan just to give birth here again. After birth care is also very good we’ve had all the baby checks at the children’s clinic. It can take a while if you don’t have a pre-booked appointment. It’s a clinic not emergency room. But they do have an app so you can wait near by or go to the coffee shop next door and wait.... just see what number is coming up and go back for your turn. (Also can wait in the clinic with free drinks. ) I think waiting time is about the same as any hospital general appointment I’ve had in Taiwan.

Great and modern facilities, capable and diligent staff, definitely the best place to say hi to a new member of your family .

Patients got consulted by the nurses in public area without privacy. Though the doctor was kind and professional.

The doctors and nurses are both professional and kind, especially Doctor Shen. Would recommend this clinic to expecting mothers.

Clinic with the worst attitude I've ever experienced, will not visit again

Had a smooth and warm consultation & surgery experience thanks to many factors, especially with a very friendly nurse 呂欣怡, whose gentle demeanor and patience made the whole service-oriented experience less daunting, and in fact, quite a breeze. With a highly experienced doctor 林雅慧, the surgery itself is very efficient as well.

Amazing experience of giving birth! Excellent medical team and meticulous care! Highly recommended!

I got to say it was an awesome experience. My wife delivered our baby boy here at Dianthus MFM Clinic Da’an District, Xinsheng South Road, Taipei City last week. And, I would like express my utmost thank you and gratitude towards their services. Delivery was done by Dr Kien Mei, Chong, (張建玫）a Malaysian! Proud of you flying our Malaysia national flag high in the skies overseas! Nurses at the operation room were fantastic with their patient care and i remember my wife told me a nurse named Ya Fan wrapped her head up like an onion because she felt cold in the operation theatre! Kudos to the whole medical team! My family and our boy will remember you guys for the rest of our lives. Thank you !
