    My company bought an X1 carbon from them, broke down once and they replaced a motherboard before their warranty expired. Then new motherboard had a faulty sound chip so I had no microphone. Called in to get it repaired for a fee - unsuccessfully. Apparently they also have absolutely the worst customer support ever. They cut you off before you can even request a service repair. Never ever buying from this brand again. Total disappointment for their product quality and especially customer support. If you buy from them then you're probably next to feel the same. Be warned.

    Bad. I would also award cero service stars to this center if I could. I tried calling to get updates on my computer and they would either leave me waiting or not call me at all. I had to chat directly with the engineer to express how frustrated I was with all of this bad bad service. On top of that there’s the bad quality of their work. I had my computer fixed for a motherboard problem 5 months ago, I received it, tried it and no problem. Mind that this is a 2 year old computer that had a factory defect, didn’t come before my warranty was over so I had to pay. Ok that was my fault. Fast-forward to a week ago and I finally get a buyer that is interested in it and the computer wont charge. Yet again another motherboard problem. I payed 7k to get this fixed months ago and now I have the same problem and have to pay another 7k??!?! And I can’t even reclaim anything because of their three month guarantee. You are really better off either buying another brand or going somewhere else to get your things fixed.

    Terrible. They claimed they fixed the problem. They tried to get me to sign a form saying I agreed the problem was fixed. I refused because the problem appears only once per day. (There is no way to see if the problem is fixed except to use the computer for a day or two.) It turns out that my computer is just as broken as it was before. I waited for a week and got back a computer that had not been repaired. Did they even try to fix it? NEVER BUY LENOVO. Their computers are TERRIBLE and the service is worse.

    They only provide services for laptops with grantees. My laptop is a bit old so they said it is not supported by them anymore!

    They are very attentive and service is always prompt. After sales service for Lenovo is very good. There is a waiting section equipped with chargers for your phones or laptops, a fridge full of drinks - sodas and water.

    If it were possible to award negative ratings to a company, then Lenovo would be incomparably deserving of it. I can't imagine worse customer service than that which you'll receive here. Apart from keeping your computer for more than a month at a time without any effort on their part to communicate the issue -- you can also expect deceit, incompetence, and a lack of resolution. In the end, I imagine you just might end up selling your computer or tossing it in a scrap pile just to avoid the sheer torture of trying to communicate with Lenovo's customer service representatives. Best of luck! (You'll probably need it.)

    It's actually hard to find, even with Google maps as at/in the building itself there is no to little indication of the existence of the repair centre. It is also a little disappointing that for out of warranty systems the support is very limited, especially when there are no more replacement parts available. The very nice and helpful girl who checked my notebook kept telling me to try some non-authorised repair centre as they really repair and do not just replace parts. I was surprised that checking my notebook including replacing some of the screws was completely for free.

    The service engineers were super fast to resolve my broken USB hardware. What a typical 3-business-day work order for my out of warranty thinkpad was turned into a overnight fix. They are certainly a really dedicated group of professionals. Highly recommend the service center to anyone who needs to get their ThinkPad fixed promptly.

    Super good service! I lose my red point and have a free one here. If buy new one, it would cost about 2 USD. The service is good and many people awaiting. Please be patient!

    Bought a Lenovo legion 5 laptop in may 2021. It died after 4 months for no apparent reason. After making me wait for 2 hours, this service center said that my laptops' warranty only applies within the US. They then proceeded to try to extort more money out of me to have it fixed.     Bought a Lenovo's Thinkpad E15 and in less than 6 months already broken down three times. Their products, customer support and the repair center service are really bad. The laptop has a battery issue in which after three to four weeks the battery will not charge anymore, and the AC adapter will not be detected, so the battery will drain and there is nothing you can do about it except wait for the laptop to turn off. They never analize what was the original problem in order to avoid a reoccurrence; what they do is replace components only (mostly the motherboard); and if you ask them about what was wrong they cannot tell you, because they simply don't know what the problem is. The first two times it broke down they made out an excuse by saying it was because of using Linux. I decided not to argue any more with them for this ridiculous explanation and decided to completely delete the Linux OS and just let the original Windows installation.... and guess what? Exactly the same problem occurred after just some weeks later. I'll never buy this brand again.

    1. CHARGE INSPECTION FEE 630 NT EITHER THEY CAN FIX OR NOT 2. REPLACE WITH THE BROKEN PRODUCT. 3. NO ENGLISH (1 of them can speak depending on luck) 4. DETAIN LAPTOP ALMOST A MONTH I went there 3 times with the same problem. The problem have not fixed at all until I have to ask for refund. You have to keep reminding them all the time since they wont send any updates to you even though 12 days have passed! one of staffs has a good service, but others 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Rude and expensive! Communication was not happening - I asked to repair my laptop no matter the costs. And day after, they tried to called me once to confirm the repair costs despite i told them NOT to call but just repair. I had to wait one week instead of two days and I had to pay 7000 NTD. No my bluetooth is not working anymore - I have to come again.
