This
is
an
excellent,
lesser-known
cafe
option
to
spend
a
lazy
afternoon
in,
whether
meeting
up
with
friends,
catching
up
with
work,
enjoying
a
book,
or
simply
chilling.
It
is
located
a
little
outside
the
city
center,
but
because
of
this,
is
not
as
crowded
or
hard
to
reserve
spots
compared
to
Taitung’s
other,
more
popular
cafe,
Coffeehouse
Paris.
The
quality
of
the
drinks,
dessert,
and
overall
ambiance
rivals
and
perhaps
even
surpasses
Coffeehouse
Paris.
We
ordered
the
sicilian-style
coffee
(honey
lemonade
with
coffee)
and
Taitung
floral
black
tea.
The
sicilian-style
coffee
was
exceptionally
smooth,
and
all
drink
components
meshed
incredibly
well
for
a
delightful,
refreshing
drink.
The
Taitung
floral
black
tea
was
simpler,
yet
also
elegant
in
taste
and
aroma.
As
for
desserts,
we
ordered
the
orange
pound
cake
and
croissant-waffles.
We
HIGHLY
recommend
the
croissant
waffles
-
this
cafe
perfected
the
crispy
outside
skin
with
the
melt-in-your-mouth,
buttery
inside.
Besides
the
drinks
and
refreshment,
the
cafe’s
overall
ambiance
and
decorations
were
extremely
noteworthy
and
enhanced
the
overall
experience.
The
cafe
advertises
that
it
also
specializes
in
wedding
floral
arrangements
and
decorations.
The
front
garden
is
well-manicured
with
beautiful
flower
bushes
and
trees.
The
interior
decoration
was
light,
airy,
and
cohesive,
making
for
a
very
pleasant
ambiance.
The
houseplants
and
decor
enhanced
the
space
without
being
too
distracting.
Overall,
we
highly
recommend
this
place
if
you
have
a
free
afternoon
in
Taitung
and
want
to
lounge
around
in
a
beautiful
cafe!
