I
came
for
a
Saturday
afternoon
trial
class.
Facility:
I
really
liked
the
facilities
-
three
floors
with
showers.
First
floor
was
the
reception
&
shop,
second
and
third
floor
is
the
training
area,
with
two
shower
stalls
on
the
second
floor.
Overall,
everything
was
clean.
Class
&
Instructor
As
this
was
the
trial
introductory
class,
the
instructor,
was
very
thorough
in
explaining
the
moments,
as
well
as
a
brief
overview
of
the
TMMA
group
lessons.
Our
class
had
around
ten
people,
which
made
it
a
little
crowded
and
the
instructor
tried
his
best
to
give
his
attention
to
each
student.
Despite
the
larger
class
size,
overall
it
was
a
positive
experience.
The
instructor
was
detailed
in
adjusting
students
movements.
Management
&
reception
Despite
the
overall
positive
lesson
experience,
it
was
quite
concerning
how
the
receptionist
handled
customers’
IDs.
Walking
in
5
minutes
prior
to
the
start
of
class,
the
reception
area
was
packed
with
people.
After
waiting
in
line,
an
instructor
had
asked
me
to
fill
out
a
form.
Since
it
was
pretty
busy
and
class
was
starting,
eventually
there
was
only
one
person
working
the
reception
area,
I
had
to
wait
a
while
for
the
receptionist
to
help
other
customers
-
which
is
understandable.
She
walked
over
after
finishing
with
another
customer,
and
asked
for
my
ID.
When
I
had
handed
her
my
ID,
she
merely
placed
it
on
top
of
the
table,
without
any
precautionary
measures.
She
then
proceeded
to
attend
another
customer
away
from
the
desk,
where
the
IDs
were
left
unattended.
Shortly
after,
she
handed
me
another
document
to
fill
out
then
pointed
me
upstairs
as
the
class
was
already
in
session.
After
the
class
had
ended,
I
came
down
to
the
reception,
waiting
in
line,
only
to
find
my
ID
still
placed
on
the
table,
easily
accessible
by
anyone.
When
I
had
asked
for
my
ID,
the
receptionist
mentioned
that
my
paperwork
had
not
been
processed.
Then
proceed
to
sift
through
other
documents,
that
contained
a
number
of
customers’
IDs
embedded
between
each
page.
It
was
quite
troubling
with
how
customers’
IDs
are
handled
without
precaution.
Seeing
as
how
busy
the
reception
area
was,
someone
would
have
easily
swiped
the
IDs
on
the
table
without
management
noticing.

Management:
Thank
you
for
your
response.
I
look
forward
to
seeing
improvements
on
this
aspect
in
the
future.
