Getting on this Rinku no hoshi merry go round, you have a great view of gulf of Osaka as well as Kansai airport.

Come and get all your "branded" purchases here. Great place to come. Every time I fly into Osaka, Kansai Airport will put this into my itinerary. The branded outlet here has loads of discount. Try to come from 11am, less crowded. Get your meals settled at a food area around the GU shop at a rinku mall before you go to the premium outlet area to shop.

Yawn zzz. Overpriced like watching paint dry slow and the views are nothing special at the top and to get pics you have to avoid the scratches and stickers on the glass. I recommend they halve the price and people might go on. It turns around empty most of the day. Just look at the photos and save your money

Nice place to shop. Lots of things on offer, as per all outlet mall. However, the place closes very early and a ghost town by 8pm. They should open till 10pm.

Not much here to do. Shopping mall is small but good for a meal before flight at Kansai.

Best place at osaka for your amusement!!
