店員さんの接客も店の雰囲気も良く
ご飯も美味しいのにそんなに混んでもなくて
凄くお気に入りでしたが、今日は最悪でした
誕生日で予約し、ぐりとぐらのパンケーキを持ってきてもらいましたが髪の毛が大量に入っていました。
子供も待ちくたびれていたし言ってまた待つのも嫌で髪の毛が入ってたとこだけ残し他はお皿に取り分け、店員さんを呼び「髪の毛入ってたのでもう下げてください」と言ったところ小さい声で「すみません」と言って終わり。
このコロナ禍で髪の毛が入ってるような仕事の仕方にも驚きましたが、何より対応が有り得ない。
こちらもこちらの都合で待ちたくないからと取り分け髪の毛入ってるのが嫌でももう食べようかとなりましたが、だからと言ってその対応はどうなのかなと。
今まで何度か行かせて頂いて凄く好きだっただけにガッカリです。
誕生日の予約の際電話対応して頂いた男性の方も凄く丁寧で心遣いのある方でしたし、他の店員さんも丁寧な方ばかりなので、今後このような事が無くなる事を願います。
