numerous parking spots are available at times parking directly across the street. The entrance to which is one street over. If you're there for sightseeing try to get a room on the 7th floor or higher for views of the mountains. If your English is better than your japanese not a problem there were a couple of members working at the hotel that spoke excellent English. Lots of restaurant choices within easy walking distance. But eat breakfast at the hotel besides that it is delicious, it is the best assortment of choices I have seen at a Japanese hotel.

Great hotel built for comfort that has a beautiful bath and everything you need for a simple stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, room and bed were super comfy! A short walk to the station and a convenience store is close by!

I can’t imagine why someone wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars. Helpful staff, convenient location, gorgeous spa, free welcome drink, amazing massage chairs (free), & plenty of other amenities. Highly recommend. So, so lovely!

Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best we've had. Staff are excellent. I wish we could stay longer but we have a long way to go.

Good budget hotel. Rooms differ in size so check your options. Some have microwave and washing machine if you are there for an extended period. The onsen is lovely. They have some nice perks, take away coffee in the lobby in the morning. Happy hour free drink and Japanese snack later in the evening. Staff don't speak much English but we're very helpful.

Hotel just have old and cheap feeling to it. The bathroom was confusing but it didn't bother too much. We were there for only one night and were glad to leave...

I enjoyed my stay here as the hotel was new and modern. The room isn’t huge, but it’s comparably much larger than you’d get in a traditional business hotel and much more comfortable. They have a nice service that offers you a free drink in the evening, a rice dish later on and coffee in the morning. They also have a very nice bath with faux onsen water that’s nice to relax in. There’s not parking at the hotel itself, but you can use one of several nearby car parks for a discounted rate.

Stayed here for a night. A minimart and plenty of food place around. There is an onsen, great buffet, has Netflix, no bottled water supplied. Great staffs.

The hotel is new so the room are in excellent condition. Separate bath room and toilet with door. Really like the layout which make everything convenient. The large 50 inches LED is useful as you can plug in a HDMI cable and stream from your Netflix or whatever subscriptions. The WiFi speed is good. There is a public bath on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is ok as choices are limited but worth the price. There is a Deligia supermarket within 100m and you can get cooked food, sushi, salad, and many items. Some food items are 20% off after 6.30pm I think.

Hotel room quite nice & roomy, only stayed one night. Breakfast area is small. Food good. They had pizza, warm tomato with melted cheese, good selection of food, nice vegies. Smoking room in hotel. Supermarket up the road & around corner. Fantastic prices for everything. We bought a bag of chocolate pieces, noodle bowl, 5 small drinks, 2 X 1.5litre coke Zero & Fanta, 2 cans of alcoholic beverages all for 1350yen, fantastic !!!! Staff nice 👍👍👍👍👍

Very easy to get to the train and the bus station! Lots of restaurants around too. The room is a good size, bathroom about normal. The breakfast is decent, but it doesn't change... two days into a three day stay and we've had the same breakfast options each day.

Great rooms (new), and good services e.g. happy hour beer. Very conveniently located to the station and good stop over if going to Kamikochi.

Hotel feels very clean and well kept. Pretty quiet. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but include all the amenities. Great nearby dining options.

Our room was quite small for 2 people, I would recommend booking a room with 2 beds if you are North American. I loved the room wear and breakfast was a really cool experience if you are willing to try different foods. The hotel is very clean and efficient, a good experience overall.
