    It was my first time doing aerial yoga, and it was a lot of fun. The instructor was friendly and I felt comfortable practicing yoga. When I relaxed in the hammock, I was able to do poses that I wouldn't normally be able to do, which made me happy! I want to try again ❤️

    I experienced the feeling of focusing on the "here and now" and a new world opened up to me. My first experience with mindfulness. What is mindfulness? After receiving a lecture on the basics, types of mindfulness, and effective ways to approach it, the participants actually experienced mindfulness. With the teacher's guidance, I was able to work smoothly even for the first time, and by the end I was able to experience a sense of concentration in the present that I had never experienced before. I was also taught that in order to feel the effects in my daily life and live my own life without being influenced by the things around me, I need to continue practicing mindfulness for about 30 minutes for about two months or more. I would like to have another opportunity to provide guidance.

    Even if it is your first time, you will be taught carefully and you can enjoy yoga! The smoothie after yoga was the best!

    It was my first time doing aerial yoga. I went there out of curiosity, but I was totally hooked! The coach, Yukiko, was also easy to get used to and kindly guided us. I look forward to working with you again. The smoothie was also super delicious (^^)

    You can enjoy a different kind of yoga using a hammock. It was a little difficult at first, but she kindly taught me and I gradually got used to it! I felt very comfortable and healed when I entered the hammock.

    It was my first time doing aerials, but I felt very at ease. Everything about the movement in the hammock, the music, and the instructor's voice made me feel comfortable. I would like to go again because the price is reasonable. thank you very much.

    My wife invited me to try aerial yoga for the first time. Blood flow throughout the body has been activated. I usually play baseball, but I feel that doing yoga improves the movement of my whole body! The teacher was also very easy to talk to and familiar with! I would definitely use it again. The smoothie after yoga was also great! Thank you 😊

    I'm so exhausted, haha... Even though it's a mess, lol lol, lol lol, lol lol It seems like I won't be able to post the second time, so I'll add some more.I feel like it's a lot softer than the last time ^_^, as expected! No, it's all thanks to the teacher's guidance ^_^ I will go again ^_^

    I was worried about whether I would be able to do yoga since I had only tried hot yoga once, but the teacher was very kind. It was a lot of fun! I will never be able to do it again! I also received help with the poses I thought. I was so happy that I did it! thank you very much! !

    I went to aerial yoga for the first time. The studio is clean and has floor heating, making it very comfortable. Yoga felt really good as I was able to stretch areas that I wouldn't normally be able to stretch, and the upside-down pose that is unique to aerials, which I don't normally do, was really nice. The instructor's explanations were carefully explained in an easy-to-understand manner, tailored to my body. Then, I ordered the acai smoothie from the cafe menu after the lesson ✨✨ and it was absolutely delicious!
