I thought I’d leave this feedback concerning employee experience at this store. I was recently training here as a training General Manager. The level of hostility, and borderline discrimination I experienced at this location was absolutely horrifying I have never been in such a restaurant with such toxic culture as this store. The leadership team here on a trainee level is absolutely unacceptable!…. The trainees are very hostile, arrogant and belligerent towards employees and CUSTOMERS. The shouting, the hostility, evil remarks, and anger that they show towards both young and older people? I have never seen in 15 years in this industry. Every single day working here was a HORROR! This behavior is opposite from the Mas love that the brand is supposed to uphold. This feedback should be passed to owners and higher up operators of this store so that not only this business can be successful financially? But thrive with people! The turnover I witnessed in just 5 weeks here? I believe is a result of how hostile the trainees and leadership team is here to employees! ESPECIALLY African American employees! There should be an audit by a CORE representative on not just operations here, but the experience of every employee as I’m afraid that this behavior will continue under such poor leadership! I’ve witnessed The boss”mentality”at this restaurant! And we all know that there is a difference between being a boss and a leader! During my time here? Many team members expressed their hate for showing up everyday here and I feel it’s my duty to pass this feedback along so that overall culture in this store will improve! Regarding Discrimination in this establishment? I’ll be moving forward with the proper chain of command, but I really think the owners should be aware of this! As this is absolutely unacceptable and is a poor representation of Taco Bell as a brand! PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED AS DOGS! We have to know that we are leading human beings with feelings just like we would want people to respect our children and families

I will never eat here again! I pulled out a long hair out of my mouth!! I am so mortified. Truly disgusting! When I went to complain the manager said he could not refund me but could give me another meal! Heck no! After what just happened. He said to park and wait for him and he never came to deal with the problem. Such a horrible experience.

I waited to leave this review… I’m also thinking about making a TikTok and calling news channels. I was training as a General Manager there and the amount of racial discrimination that I experienced there had no limit. I chose to apply there given the fact that Taco Bell promotes the MAS values… everyone is to be treated the same however that was not the case. The General manager Argelia had the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever witnessed on a training store manager. News flash because you can roll burrito does not make you a smart person you just know how to roll a burrito so calm all the way down. I wasn’t introduced as a General Manager In Training I was just another person learning how to put tacos in a bag. The General Manager Argelia pranced around like a god girl please… you are arrogant and not rightfully so. If someone doesnt intervene this store will have a discriminatory lawsuit on there hands. Everything is on camera roll them back. She ridiculed and had employees and customers laughing at me because I was not trained on reading the orders and putting items in a bag the way Taco Bell likes them. Listen this is how it works.. train, show, and let someone experience doing it themselves. The incident with me is on camera but come on it’s a fast food place dont be disrespectful period! She has no business being a store trainer she can’t train or speak proper English! Her staff talks about you in Spanish and it’s allowed. I lasted 3 weeks in that discriminatory place, the job is not hard at all it’s the people! I told the DM Hakeem and he seemed afraid because that is his money maker and training store. You’re crazy I definitely am not standing for it. I walked out while she was showing off. TACO BELL DO BETTER! I also wrote the CEO to no avail but that’s fine RUN THEM TAPES BACK!

Great window service, chill attitude on the young man, great vibes. Made me excited for my taco supremes. Ample parking to eat in shame. Feel like god led me in the right direction here. 5/5.

I am a delivery driver and on a day where it was a monsoon outside I went through the drive thru to pick up a customer's order. The drive thru attendant looked at my order and left. I assumed she went to get the order but she came back with a shift manager to tell me I have to come inside. Mind you, their whole parking lot is flooded and there was no one in the drive thru behind me. This wasn't a normal rain this was a legit cars and dogs situation. It would have been easy for them to pass the order through the window but they chose to make me come inside stating it is policy. After a small back and forth I proceeded inside through the flooded parking lot getting soaken wet from waist down. (Socks and shoes are drenched) once inside they then handed me the order that they could have passed through the window. Once outside with the order now the customers bag gets wet and has ripped trying to run to the car to keep it from getting wet. This is unacceptable. I understand policy but what is the policy protecting? There was no logic to make me come all the way inside to get an order that could have been passed through the window and saved me from getting wet and the customers bag from ripping. Taco Bell you have to do better. Sometimes, customer service means going above and beyond to help accommodate the customer. Truly disappointed. Another reason not to eat this food.

Do not apply for a job here, the manager is an A-hole. She mistreats her employees and is very rude. Her behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Even those with disabilities she ill treats with terrible language and unwarranted hostility. Do not service an abusive environment as such, put your money towards a better establishment with better service and quality of food.

Every time I drive thru, they always get my food wrong and it’s to the point it’s not a mistake. They are lazy and don’t want to do their job correctly. One time I asked for a grilled chipotle chicken burrito & I got a breakfast burrito… how does that make sense? It was 8 at night. Also I asked for quesadilla & burrito and only got the quesadilla… they gave me so much sauces I couldn’t even look through the bag. So please be aware when going and always deep check before leaving the area!

Employees are rude and wems like they don't like their job especially the drive through.They will mess up your drinks taste nasty

Came thru at 11:45pm on a Thursday after a concert. The guy that took my order was so nice and respectful and even helped us when we didn’t know what an item was called. He had our order ready and hot for us when we pulled up to the window. I really appreciated him and the team tonight! Thank you!!

I came in for an order of 32 cravings boxes and drinks. They did an amazing job getting me in and out.

This location isn’t as customer friendly as most other Taco Bell establishments. Drive through personnel rush you through your order when there is absolutely no line behind you, get smart with you about offerings, and have begun to “skimp” your portion sizes when the prices have skyrocketed. A Deluxe cravings box went up ~ $3 and there’s nothing deluxe about the chalupa I was given or the bean & cheese burrito. They were the smallest I’ve ever received and I get the deluxe cravings box all the time. Sucks because this one is so convenient in proximity to my home; I’ll check out the one off of Blair though.

I thought of leaving a nice a review but this employees were rude. Answering question were like hostile for them had to fire back arguing. This place is the worse to get food from only black ppl are welcome apparently.

What can I say, it’s my neighborhood Taco Bell! Always quick, clean, and friendly. Order on the TB app and get access to special online deals.

The staff here is so kind. The girl in the drive thru is so sweet

I specifically order reg tacos (not supremes) because I don't like tomatoes and they put tomatoes on almost all 7 items. 3 doritos and 3 reg soft tacos all had tomatoes. Haven't checked the burrito. The frozen drink was only half full. The 2nd drink tasted like soda with almost no flavor.

The trashest Taco bell in history. They seriously need to fire EVERYONE and start all over. Tacos always soggy the nacho fries no nacho cheese on it. Just trash. Every time I go here. Like I'm to the point where Im gonna just report them to corporate. Just trash

Careful check your order they will charge you for sour cream and will end up giving a taco without sour cream and that looks like it’s been sitting for hours

In order for me to use the bathroom to cashier told me I had to order something from the menu before I could use the bathroom. The bathroom was locked you need a combination code get into it. Obviously only the cashier of the Taco Bell had the code and allowed me to use the bathroom but I had to convince the person that I was going to buy something.. which I think is extortion in the lowest form.. I did buy something did it played along but I don't think should be a requirement.. that's my take..

Taco Bell is consistently reliable and provides one of the best fast food meals anywhere.

As far as Taco Bells go, this is the nicest one I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t take much, but you can tell the owner and managers actually take care of their employees, the establishment and the training. Can’t believe a Taco Bell impressed me enough to write a review.

This is the best run fast food in the area: hot, fast, polite, thorough.

Went in to pick up an order that I was delivering for doordash. The order is not ready and no one seems to have a clue as to where this order is. Such an inconvenience and a waste of my gas and my time.

Drive thru worker was having a bad day as soon as I started my order I could tell he was annoyed and I asked for Nacho bell grande with everything on the side. I have done this many times before and honestly the only thing I get. He then tried to limit what I would get instead of giving me everything the nacho bell grande comes with. Asking what I want on the side so he didn’t give me everything that I paid for. When confronted with the many items missing in the bag he had an attitude and said everything was in the bag when I lost it I paid for all the fixings that come with the nacho belle grande on the side or not.I will never go to this location again.

William was awesome. Great service , and professional drinks where great. Clean . Fast.
