Pretty good! Injera was fresh and soft. Good spice in all other ingredients. Vegetables were also very fresh and tasty. So after my first time I would say yeah sure I‘ll be back for the second time definitely.

Amazing Ethiopian food! My second time here and so far has been very consistent. Their food is rich in flavor and spiced to perfection. The service is friendly and attentive, thank you Betty for providing great service and making our meal enjoyable. I drove 50mins to come here and worth every minute of the drive.

The Injera I bought yesterday 8/3/2022 was amazingly delicious 😋. I had never been here before and for a first experience, I love it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food not only tastes good, but is also affordable!

It's a mehh restaurant, tried a couple of their foods and it's just okay nothing special. They messed up my order one time tho, ordered some firfir with no tomatoes or big onions (they said okay we can do that) but behold the food got ready after 45 minutes and I was the only customer ( I believe good food takes time) but this was just disrespectful lol. The tomatoes were visible to the blind and the onions looked like they were chopped with a spoon. Went home and trashed it without taking a single bite. I gave them another chance and tried their "derek tibs" with no onions just jalapeno. That was extremely dry and was chaffing my teeth, but I still managed to finish it. They need some good chefs and active servers. Might go back again if I feel lazy to get good ethiopian food 10 minutes away in downtown silver spring or 15-20 mins away at Ust in DC.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is excellent and the vibe warm and friendly. Much of this is due to the owner, Danny, who is an excellent, gracious host. He made an impromptu birthday celebration for our daughter into a very special night. Can't recommend this place enough!

Amazing place. Great food. Great hostess - she was super kind. Made sure our two kids and us were fed well. Great suggestions for food. Did not even charge us for extra injera bread.

The vegetarian dish was delicious! So many different flavors tantalizing my tastebuds as in was eating. I also recommend The kitfo dish for those who eat meat. It's not too oily but it is absolutely delicious! The hospitality was warm and the environment was inviting.

I felt the service was by far the worst ever. It’s always interesting to me when foreign Black people try to mistreat Black American people. She served every man in the restaurant And then came to help my children and I. The opportunity to even sell your food in this country is because of me and my ancestors! I love Ethiopian food but I’m straight on some of the racist and ignorant people like the women working as an oppressed servant in this restaurant.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever seen in my entire life. We went there to have a family dinner. It took them 1 hour and 45 min to bring the food. The kids were almost sleeping and so exhausted. They have a poor customer service. I will never come back or recommend to anyone to come over here. Just a waste of time.

Food is Okay! the place is wide enough, clean, brightness I can say half, music is a bit louder. After all the good service from the waiter I recommend them to have some air freshener.

Really, really good food. We had a vegetable combo and all of the vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and beef tibs to go with. The staff there are really nice, very attentive, and the food came out really quickly. This is definitely one of my new favorites.

Great food, great people, the place itself is just like a moms and pops restaurant but the food is excellent. Definitely a must try and visit often.

Food was very authentic and delicious reminded me of home cooked dishes from my childhood. The tv and music videos are a great distraction for kids while learning about the culture.

The amount of oils on the food was insane. Too much onions and oils there is no meat on both my order. I’m very disappointed, they replace the meat with a lot of onions instead of meat and I paid $40 for that nasty food. I would not recommend to anyone. The enjera bread was soak on oil, just west of money.
