This is a fine store, but the parking lot is filled with men who swarm you as you are walking to your car and linger next to you as you are unloading your car to fight for your quarter in the cart. The option of keeping your quarter doesn’t exist. The minute you finish unloading, they start fighting for it. I feel unsafe walking to my car being followed by these men, and unloading my car with them lingering. As a woman shopping alone, I don’t feel safe shopping at this Aldi.

Need to get rid of homeless looking white hispanic male that waits on your cart and gets upset when he can't have your quarter. The entitlement is beyond me. Carts are also not working properly. Only 2 cashiers in the store so if you prefer self checkout this store is perfect for you.

I am a big Aldi fan, but this store is very poorly managed. The quarter for cart system isn't used so there are almost always no carts - you have to go ask people offloading in the parking lot. There's also shelf stocking issues I don't see at other aldis in the area... of the 10+ times I've been here I haven't once been able to get everything on my list. Think I'll drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the silver spring one.

I was here recently at 930 am on a Sunday and there was one register out of seven open the entire time I was there.

This particular Aldi treats the customers of this store with DISRESPECT. If your not chasing other customers for a cart because there is barely enough, your in crazy lines because there’s never enough cashiers, so a 5 min trip always turns into 30 min. There is a Caucasian woman cashier with a buzz cut whose way of being efficient is to THROW your groceries in the cart. Now my bread is crushed and my cucumbers are dinted. People this is a Zoo! This could NEVER happen at any of the other ALDIs. I’ve shopped at the others and the reason why this occurs here is because it’s 95% an international customer base! This is one of the oldest ALDIs in the area and one of the few that you can count on your favorite Aldi products being stocked. I can go to the others but chances I gotta come back to this one because the others lack the selection. You’ve been warned! The savings may not be worth the time or the quality of the Food you come home with.

Went in here for only one bottle of whipping cream. Found and wondered how it took me this long to visit. The store is clean looks like they have a lot organic products. And then I realized the cashier lines were going down the isles. I asked two of employees if they could check me out. They said no I need to ask a costumer to cut the line. Then I said can I please check out the whipping cream bottle at the costumer service they said no “We don’t have a costumer service”. No self checkout. No 20 items or less either. Bottom line is, if you need to do a quick stop for a quick errand and something missing from your recipe, Aldi is not the place. The employees couldn’t care less if I need help. Great prices awful costumer service. Terrible service. Checkout lines are crazy.

Mixed Feelings Here, I Come Here Because It's About 2 Blocks From My Home. Usually I Love The Prices, Yet: Less Than 6 Months Ago Their Eggs Were Over $4.50 A Dozen-I Could Get A Dozen Brown Eggs At Whole Foods For $3.69-Hmmm? They're Down To $1.18 A Dozen As Of Today. On The Positive: They Always Have A Good Cheese Selection From Lower To Upper End Prices. Some European Or European Style Foods & One Of The Few Places I Can Find Spaetzle On A Fairly Regular Basis. On The Not So Positive Side: A Couple Of Months Ago They Installed Self-Check-Out Systems. First They Only Take Credit/ Debit-If You Wish To Use Cash You Must Wait In Line. These Self-Check-Out Systems Are A Way To Cut Down On Employees & Make Customers Do The Work For The Company So They Make More Money. It Also Has The Effect Of Providing EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Example: There Were Two Registers/Lanes Open, At Least 12 People In Each Lane. 2 Managers Walking Around-1 Came Up To The Lines, Asked: Anyone Using Credit/Debit? All Of Us, I Guess, Were Cash Customers. Having Seen No Movement/Response The Manager Just Walked Away. 1.) I Have Worked in Customer Service For Over 35 Years. 2.) If I Were The Manager, I Would Have Opened A Lane & Plunked My Butt Cheeks In A Seat And Started Ringing Up My In-Person-Waiting-Paying Guests/Customers Who Were Right In Front Of My Eyes. 3.) If You See Your Customer Base Appears To Be Using Mostly Cash-Why Install Only Credit/Debit Self-Check-Outs? 4.) If They Want Me to Use The Self-Check-Out And Do The Work For Them-Then As An Employee-They Should Provide At Least A 10% Discount For Me Doing The Company's Job For Them. This Place Is Almost Always Busy & The Line Wait Can Be Slow Enough It Seems That I Grow More Gray Hairs Every Time I Go There. Prices Are Usually Better Than Most Other Places, But I Have Walked Out Because Of The Lines. They Need More Cashiers-Lanes Open, This Means Paying Well & Hiring People With Good Customer Service Skills. In this Day Of Higher Prices & Crappier Customer Service. We As Customers Deserve Better-ALDIS Used To Be My Go To Store-Now I Base It On How Busy & How Slow They Are Moving The Lines Or How Much they Expect Me To Do The Work For Them.

Great value and price. If you don’t use SNAP/EBT, skip the long line and go for the self check out option.

Always busy. Always crowded. Good deals. Fresh items. Good prices. Sometimes you have to get staff to change prices at the register to reflect the price displayed. Only has 3 checkout lines open so also a long wait in line.

Good prices. The typical Aldi experience. The $0.25 fee to use a grocery cart is returned when you return the cart. That keeps them from being taken off property and/or dumped in the park. This is one of my favorite food chains.

Security guard needs to ask those African men that constantly waits on your cart just to have your quarter to leave. There is this one African woman that constantly begs for you to buy her food or soap in the store.

For some reason there's this one African male cashier that only extends his patience for Hispanics and Africans. How convenient. It's not okay to make someone feel like they can't take a moment to think and constantly harass them and bombard them while they are trying to calculate. I've seen him give an eternity to Hispanics paying in coins. The heck out of here. Very rude.
