lovely stay . difficult to say what was missing. excellent hospitable, staff, v clean rooms and beddings., fresh food , gud menu , excellent ambience. had a memorable stay / holiday. Because the food was fresh, different and tasty — no one of the group of 30 of us had any stomach issues. location— not far from forest . would love to go again . 🌷🌷🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We spent 5 nights in this property with 15 guests. Overall the place is super value for money. It is a jungle outside the jungle. The cottage themed Rooms spread across the property and location is just brilliant and a special shout out for the cook, Mr. Babulal. Service is a bit slow but good. Special attraction of this place is the nature walk inside the property. One can easily spot birds like Hornbills, Parakeets, Blue Bearded Bee-eaters, Green Bee-Eaters, Sunbirds, etc. I was having a discussion with the manager if a bird-hide can be set up with a small pool for the birds. That will be wonderful for the guests and an added attraction.

Had booked this place for 6 days for a training programme. The rooms are decent, the property is very close to the Tala gate. However, it's a sad management. We got so tired with the poor arrangements that we checked out within 3 days. There was no manager in the property, the staff were not given proper instructions. They even refused to change the menu everyday and decided to give us poha for breakfast on all 3 days, simply refused to give parathas or anything else. When the staff approached the manager for approval to change anything, apparently he refused to do so.

Some of the toilets don't have toilet seats and there is a problem with there hot water supply. If you're visiting in winters then you might face serious problem regarding hot water.

Maharaja kothi is best resort in Bandhavgarh. Resort was owned by kinhs who ruled Bandhavgarh area and still you can see antique items are still at hotel. Lovely hotel with good hospitality.. Its good hotel in a good location with good hospitality, professional staff, help you feel at home. Particulart the house keeping boys are very nice and excellant behaviour.. Dinning guys are marvellous..

Staff was so poor , there wasn't even some water to drink... The quality of food was so cheap that it was giving a weird odour . Their behaviour was so rude and their behaviour in front of senior citizens was the worst , they even threw them out of the rooms cuz they had to shut the air conditioners. Their bathrooms were so dirty that they had flies and mosquitoes flying all around it and the smell was so pungent . Worst resort management ever , please never ever waste your money by booking this resort .

Worst place to stay in Supervisor/manager named ashish is the most pathetic person you'd come across in the service industry. Location/rooms were okay. Lower staff was cooperative but washrooms were very dirty They do not provide basic facilities such as drinking water and a.c remotes. Upon asking the supervisor behaves rudely with the elderly and children. All the positive reviews you see about this property are either bot reviews or paid reviews There are much much better properties to stay in the area rather this one.

Poorly managed property. AC was not working properly. Fan had two settings only maximum or off. Food was good. Chef prepared it on site. It was expensive considering the conditions of the resort. Cheers.

Wonderful stay at Maharaja Kothi Resort...... Loved every bit of my stay at the resort. The check in process was extremely smooth. Staff is amazing. Food super tasty and ambiance is too good. Landscaping is stunning and the pool and the view is the best feature.
