It’s a mesmerising place locally it’s called Kanhakund ,STONE BEDED RIVER . Its a Canyon formed by the IB River and I think it’s the only canyon in Odisha ,That’s why it’s named Grand Canyon of Odisha. Apart from its beauty its very risky place. Recently 2 people lost their life , I am not scaring you but you should be cautious while you Rome around the canyon. It’s far from city no public transport is available and there are no shop near by so make sure you carry enough water and food. Connectivity is fine roads are good except last 2 to 3 km.
