In
principle,
the
PSC
employees
do
their
job
well.
But
there
are
some
comments.
Sometimes
they
cannot
answer
questions
specifically;
employees
have
to
approach
others,
mainly
managers,
for

more
precise
explanation.
The
employee

cases,
did
not
answer
questions
correctly
and
did
not
accurately
explain
my
actions.

had
to
stand
in

coupons
to

wrong
tables.

often,
managers
may
differ
during
busy
times,
go
out
for

smoke
break,

take

lunch
break.
I
think
this
speaks
to
the
incompetence
of
not

the
junior
level
of
PSC
employees,
but
also
the
managers
themselves,
who
cannot
catch
and
regulate
periodically
arising
staff
situations.
Also,
for

reason,
PSC
employees
ask
to
give
the
highest
mark
for
their
work.

when

remark
to
them
that

happy,
then
they
behave
incorrectly,
sometimes
they
can
parry
your
remarks
in
a
rude
manner.
There
have
been
cases
that
during
a
consultation
they
may
be
distracted
by
a
private
telephone
conversation.
For
some
reason
management
doesn't
pay
attention
to
this.
I
wanted
all
these
and
many
other
comments
recorded
in
the
book
of
complaints
and
suggestions,
but
at
the
reception
they
do
not
give
it
to
me,
citing
the
fact
that
the
book
is
not
available
at
the
moment,
that
management
has
it,
or
that
other
clients
took
it.
