The hotel was awful, literally awful! Zero hygiene zero room service. The room wasn't clean at all and it hasn't been cleaned since previous customer checked out!!!!!! The bathroom was full of hair and i found a nail on my bed !!!! I don't recommend at all !

Lovely hotel. We stayed on two separate nights with a trip elsewhere in between so had different rooms. Both rooms were clean and came with bottles of water. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a reasonable price. The included breakfast is good and they will also cook you fresh eggs to order (such as scrambled) if you desire. The reception staff and manager were particularly helpful in booking us an airport taxi. We didn’t want to be charged by an ATM for taking out a nominal amount of local currency to pay a driver in cash so they let us put a charge on the room for the amount we needed and said they would take care of payment for us. On a separate occasion the receptionist gave us a map of the local area and directions when asked. We really couldn’t have wished for a more welcoming place to stay. Thank you.

Clean and spacious room. Everything was neatly clean. Extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly service. Close to the port and the tourist center and the main restaurants. Unfortunately no swimming pool.

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The best breakfast that we could found throughout Jordan. But I should mention especially dear Mr. Ahmed and Muhammed at the dining room for their help and hospitality. (I took their photos with permission). Also, both day and night receptionists were all amazing people with their welcoming behaviour, always smiling faces and constant help for 7/24. Thank you for everything and hope to stay at Aquavista again.

Location was great, the room bigger than expected and it had a balcony. Breakfast was very complete and tasty. Staff was very nice all the time.

Amazing hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Especially Muna(the girl at the reception who helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions) and Mina (the host at the breakfast, who made us feel comfortable and satisfied every morning at breakfast). The location is terrific! A few minutes walking to anywhere you want to go in the center. The breakfast is plentiful, with a big variety of cold and hot options in buffet style breakfast. There’s even a chef that cooks fresh omelettes to your request! We got upgraded to a suite with a huge balcony because we booked a longer stay (4 nights). The room was huge, clean, had all the necessities that one might need, including a huge comfortable bed. We will definitely return to Aquavista in our next visit to Aqaba!

My group caught this place renovating, so there were minor hiccups with the rooms, but overall the quality was fair. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, especially a bright-eyed receptionist that stole my heart with her smile. The hotel is at a walking distance to most desirable locations in Aqaba. Internet at the rooms was a little shaky, but I'm sure they would fix that. We only had breakfast booked, but the food at their restaurant was very nice.

the staff is very friendly, helpful and amazing. All of them were polite and nice people. I don’t know about how to getting 4Stars in Jordan but this hotel is absolutely not 4 Stars Hotel. I would say 2 or 3 stars because there is no Indoor or outdoor pools, Fitness center, basketball court or tennis court or any activity. even if the kitchen team were perfect and nice people breakfast is not good, I don’t know if its about taste or culture but for me was not perfect. Wifi is terrible bad, about not working or very slow. The bathroom is old and need some renovations. If they ordered you a taxi, check the all things about it. The ordered me a private taxi to WadiRum for 60Jod for 2 ways, I was surprised there was another woman in the taxi who was already surprised! She paid 30 Jod for one way! I will share a picture of this taxi, the driver was not professional and was on the phone for the whole way(2 ways) he was arranging another taxis when he was driving!!

The staff is friendly. The rooms are ok. Maybe should be well cleaned and the windows to be fixed because it is a little loud out there. The breakfast was good. Maybe for the price it is the best hotel in Aqaba.

The staff was very nice, especially because of the early check-in and the effort they put into that. Unoftunately the bathroom was not clean. There was still urine on the toilet seat from the previous guests. When I asked them to clean it, they just wiped it off in front of me with a paper and some water, no detergent, no nothing. The shower cabine was also full with black mold and the water couldn't go away. Overall a not too good experience.

I liked everything about the hotel. At first place is the friendly, attentive and helpful stuff. These people are the heart of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast and the restaraunt service were perfect. The wifi connection was very good. I definitely recommend the hotel Aquavista.

The hotel just fine for a guest who does not look into hotel services. I checked in to hotel early morning where everywhere in the hotel dark due to switch off lights. In the room there were no any mineral water bottle to drink. When i request it, they said i have to wait till service start at 6am. Staff is friendly but service is poor. Food is fine. It was a really bored stay for me.

It’s a decent place to stay in Aqaba. Cheap prices. Friendly staff. Internet is terrible, throughout the whole place. Breakfast is good. Room is nice, we only had a problem with the window, which couldn’t be closed. As it was a warm and quiet night, we did not experience any problem.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We were very impressed, the hotel is very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, our room was very spacious. The breakfast was also excellent with a range of local food. The hotel is located in the city center which makes all restaurants and shops very accessible everything is a walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great location with great customer service- basic room but comfortable- reception so helpful- made our stay easy - great Chinese restaurants near by Formosa - delishes- really cheap Middle East food - ❤️👍🏽

I don't recommend it No enternt at rooms

it is an ok hotel for this price. but despite the name no aqua and no vista. the night market on thursdays and fridays is very noisy and lasts till 12 pm.... you definitely need earplugs then. not too peculiar on cleanliness.
