The
whole
experience
was
terrible!
We
wanted
a
calm
weekend
getaway
and
all
they
could
offer
was
stress,
to
say
the
least.
We
were
placed
in
a
room
beside
the
motorway
(quite
noisy)
and
we
received
2
keys,
but
only
one
was
activated.
We
were
never
told
the
restaurant
required
an
advanced
booking,
so
we
waited
in
the
queue
for
over
20min
just
to
be
told
they
were
fully
booked.
Had
to
leave
at
10pm
to
collect
takeaway
and
couldn't
find
a
parking
space
when
returning.
And
the
funny
thing
is
that
the
hotel
insists
that
you
use
the
underground
parking.
When
we
tried
to
order
room
service
for
breakfast,
I
was
instructed
to
go
DOWN
to
the
restaurant
and
check
the
menu!?
After
1
hour
waiting
for
the
breakfast,
the
order
came
totally
wrong:
breakfast
for
only
one,
not
two;
no
juice,
no
cutlery,
and
I
can
only
guess
they
also
ran
out
of
coffee,
once
I
received
a
hot
chocolate
instead
of
the
machiatto
I
ordered.
The
cherry
of
the
cake:
breakfast
was
delivered
20min
before
the
check
out
time.
I'll
definitely
recommend
this
hotel
to
all
my
friends
by
saying
"that's
a
perfect
location
to
check
in
with
one's
life
is
too
easy
and
one
is
looking
for
a
stressful
time".
