The whole experience was terrible! We wanted a calm weekend getaway and all they could offer was stress, to say the least. We were placed in a room beside the motorway (quite noisy) and we received 2 keys, but only one was activated. We were never told the restaurant required an advanced booking, so we waited in the queue for over 20min just to be told they were fully booked. Had to leave at 10pm to collect takeaway and couldn't find a parking space when returning. And the funny thing is that the hotel insists that you use the underground parking. When we tried to order room service for breakfast, I was instructed to go DOWN to the restaurant and check the menu!? After 1 hour waiting for the breakfast, the order came totally wrong: breakfast for only one, not two; no juice, no cutlery, and I can only guess they also ran out of coffee, once I received a hot chocolate instead of the machiatto I ordered. The cherry of the cake: breakfast was delivered 20min before the check out time. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends by saying "that's a perfect location to check in with one's life is too easy and one is looking for a stressful time".

After being awoken at about 22h00 by a loud alarm me and my wife with our 3 kids have been rudely accused of smoking or cooking in our room which was literally not the case yet we were basically told that we were i then let 3 staff members into my room to smelll and investigate even though we were self isolating as we are in a refugee program so i feel like we have been pick on and i would like to sue them for defamation of character as no apologies were given when i explained my case to the manager she was quick to dismiss me and make me feel even worse i would not be here by choice but feel because that im not from this country i was looked down upon which is totally unacceptable

Room clean and fine for what we needed; basically a base to sleep. I do have concerns re infection control procedures at breakfast ; there was no system in place for buffet and people everywhere and little opportunity or encouragement to hand sanitise in buffet area. I watched a waitress give tables a cursory wipe after table vacated. Cloths not rinsed or alcohol solution used. No chairs wiped down. Staff rushing about but one didn’t know what the other was doing. Waited for toast until after cooked breakfast was finished and that was after ordering twice. Dining room freezing. Staff friendly though. Sorry but won’t be going back. ☹️

Amazing Place. Outclass staff. Comfortable rooms (carpets felt as if something was sticking to the feet. They definitely need a thorough cleaning). We requested a fan at the time of booking and it was available in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was good omelettes were superb. Throws were provided with the beds which were a first and very nice addition Underground secure parking. However i found that most cars were occupying two spaces rather than the one assigned.

Second time here and it was just as brilliant as the first. It was my birthday 🎂 and the staff went all out to make a party of it. Excellent🤩 only one little thing the air conditioning was a bit cool but didn't take from our enjoyment

Room- while the room is comfortable with a nice bed and bathroom it has no Aircon or bathroom ventilation. The room window barely opens(I know that is a safety security thing) but the room is actually like a sauna and even with that window barely open it's beside the motorway so traffic is really really loud. So you either choose to be boiling hot with the window closed or near boiling with the window open. Service - Disaster, I ordered room service as I had work to do and the restaurant was like a playground. It took 1:45 mins after 3 phone calls( I was told on one call well you did order at peak time (6pm) even though I was told it would take 15 mins) to arrive and was very disappointing considering it came from McGettigans cookhouse restaurant. It was also delay on the 2nd night. breakfast was also a comedy of errors getting my order and drinks wrong twice. Location - close to work is the only positive. The motorway traffic sound is ridiculous 100 years away. The second day was marginally better and breakfast and service was much better but wouldn't have been difficult to achieve. Conclusion - just don't

no Aircon, or even a fan for the room. shocking that these rooms have no Aircon esp in this heat. asked at reception for a fan none available. for nearly 200 euros a night that's poor by any standards

A friend of mine is staying here tonight for work purposes, she'd only got home from holidays and had to travel so she didn't arrive till 9.50pm. I rang ahead a few times to make sure she'd be able to get food and the gentleman that answered the phone on numerous occasions to me couldn't have been more helpful he ordered her food and had it waiting for her on arrival she hasn't even checked in yet are there going above and beyond well done to all the staff and management I'll definitely be booking this place for myself

Friendly but very disorganised staff. Breakfast and rooms are mostly ok. Can't give more than one star cause I found a (seemingly clean, didn't touch it) ladies protection under a furniture.

Great hotel. Good comfortable room. Reception is manned 24/7. Onsite restaurant is great as well. While veggie options are limited, they are good. Location is ~ 30 mins from town centre. But worked well for us as client office was close by. Staff and service was good.

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Great hotel! The restaurant on site is amazing. All the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. There was a single bed in the room that was on wheels and moved every time it was sat on or leaned against.

Modern and clean. Stylish and spotless. The personnel offered good service. Lovely breakfast is served at the restaurant, and food and beverages are available all day. There is seating available outside the restaurant for outdoor dining or drinking. The cost of a taxi to go to the hotel from the city centre is about €25. nearby the airport.

The hotel is fine and the location is not bad for being outside of Dublin. The train is about 20 minutes to walk but it's not a bad walk if the weather holds up. When it is cold, a taxi would be in order or just taxi to the main Luas station.

Stayed on business trip because it was relatively close to the office. It’s about 30 minutes out of Dublin City centre and you’ll need to use a taxi to get there. Cost $35-45 each way. The staff were friendly. The place is clean and tidy but the rooms are nothing special. The bathrooms need updating. Breakfast is in the restaurant next door.

Great hotel and staff. Menu needs a revamp as I've eaten my way through it. Simple food like pastas, stew etc. Burgers and great!

I have stayed here several times for work. Check-In was brilliant. Room was good. I had dinner in the restaurant, however the food was served on a cold plate. The food was nice, however its a basic procedure to serve food on a hot plate. Next morning, again cold plates left for breakfast. The bread had dried out and gone hard as it was left out for a very long period of time. Overall a good hotel, they just need to get the basics right.

An excellent, modern hotel with a high standard. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of service deserve the highest praise. I definitely recommend it.

As part of the McGettigan group this is by far the best I have seen it operate since its days as The Kingswood CC. It has had a few names and operators since bit I think these guys have it right and it's quite similar in management style to The Mobtenotte in Cork, not as glamours a location but operational wise they have it en point, the food is great amd overall the rooms are good. Staff are lovely which is a clear sign of a good GM as it comes from the top especially in hospitality and a bad or even average manager can ruin a place so we'll done guys keep up the good work. My most recent visit was for our Christmas party amd they did an excellent job. Recommended

Not a bad stay on 08/04/23. I booked 2 rooms both of which overlooked the motorway which was obviously loud at times. Comfortable rooms. Great secure parking. Didn’t drink or eat at hotel, went across to have breakfast at McGettigans but looked at buffet breakfast and thought better of it, looked like it had been there a while so left.

We went to a wedding reception here last weekend. It was completely fabulous, and the service was so helpful, so friendly. They were ready to chat with guests, and they even helped us arrange taxis. We were visiting from Germany, and this vibe was typical in all of Ireland, so I guess if you are staying around Dublin for some proper Irish experiences, this could be a great starting point for you.

My partner and I stayed in the address citywest for our anniversary and all I can say is how outstanding our stay was. From check in to check out every staff member was overly helpful. Abdullah at reception was incredibly accommodating and kind and helped us make our stay very special. The restaurant manager (I didn’t get her name) was extremely kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and beautiful food and drinks!! See you soon ❤️

one star is too many. we had training at this place plus lunch provided. the water jug was disgustingly dirty inside. after noticing the waiter, he ignored us. he came after a while, took the jug, he was angry, he gave us a new one, which was also dirty inside. It was a bad experience.

Rooms not overly clean. Noise of the highway and crying and screaming children (I guess from the staff) until late at night. Very close to a P&R with a train to Dublin and underground parking for free. Breakfast was good 👍.

A bit too far out of the city with poor public transport to get into it, if you wanted to visit. You definitely need to have transport to be able to access the local area. The staff were very friendly and the room was kept very clean. Very good wifi in all areas without it dropping out. Beer is very expensive compared to the UK and there are no alternatives nearby.

Honestly one of the best hotels i have stayed in, from the little details to the big details everything was perfect . The staff go above and beyond to make you happy. I really want to say a huge thank you to Zana who made our family get together the best experience. She really is amazing at her job. She is so attentive she could not do enough for myself or my family . The hotel itself is so updated the decor is lovely from the outside in! The rooms are so clean . The food is brilliant and the staff are friendly, kind and caring. The family deals the hotel has available at the moment are great value. Thank you all so much we really appreciated it 😊❤

Not bad once the taxi driver found it (silly calling it "The Address"). Just make sure you are not placed in a room next to the motorway as there's no air con so you have to have a window open. Breakfast was good.
