This place hasn't changed much since I was a kid going there, I now take my own children there for swimming lessons. Staff are great, gym is fine, could do with an upgrade. The changing rooms recently got a fresh coat of paint. Perhaps the showers could do with an upgrade, price is good 👍

Great local amenity. I learned to swim here many years ago. They have maintained to pool and the whole complex to a good standard. The changing rooms are always clean. The staff friendly. I also play canoe polo here. It is very good that we can train and have an indoor league in the Tallaght Sports Complex. It is convenient for a lot of the teams that are travelling, as it is not too far from the m50.

Good space for sporting meets

I love the aqua aerobic classes there. The price point is great and Stephanie is a excellent instructor. However the place is very dated and badly in need of modernising.

Sadly Pool Needs updating but I don't think that will happen. Needs family cubicals as they are a must have in this day and age. There are no hairdryers. I would personally like longer swim times and open longer. I haven't tried the gym so I can't comment.

My girls started swimming lessons here and they have a great teacher Peter who knows how to work well with young children and girls can't wait for their next swimming lesson ,he gives alot of time to each child he is teaching and support and you can just tell he is a very a very good teacher. Highly recommend for new swimmers. Children were all very happy and eager to learn.

I brought my grandson Alex to his swimming lesson with the exelent Swimming Instructor Lee. Alex and the rest of the children are all making great progress. The Tallaght Sports Centre is run very professionally and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Basketball court is rubber based not laminate based. Not bad overall. Booking half court available for 35€.

I love Tallaght sports complex, when it comes to work experience and giving you a job. They'll literally make you work hours in promise of a job that they will never give you. Giving you "trial weeks" to see how you get on to never hear back from them. Wasting precious time. Disgraceful, should be ashamed of themselves.

Strict Instructor Olaf does a great job at teaching the kids.

Good range of facilities. The swimming pool is really nice.

They have great lifeguards that are very nice and uphold safety very well. The physiotherapist and lifeguards are all very experienced so you can trust that you are in good hands. They have a great pool and changing areas that are sparkling clean.

The complex itself is brilliant, but I can't explain how fabulous the Easter/Summer camps are. Stephanie and her leaders are brilliant, especially Joseph. The camp is the last thing my kids talk about going to bed and the first thing they talk about when they wake up. Highly recommend them.

First class childrens lessons.

Both my boys have been doing lessons here over the last 4 years and they love it. It’s very reasonably priced for swimming lessons and they also do great Easter and summer camps. My eldest son has just finished 3 weeks of the summer camp and enjoyed it. I love the aqua aerobics on a Tuesday evening and it’s pay as you go and I can use the sauna before and after. The gym is great to have local aswell and the pay as you go option is really good for that too. All the staff are great and very friendly.

The team that run the Sports Complex are really supportive. It's a good family friendly facility for the surrounding community. I use their gym room to run yoga classes for children. It's a bright space with mirrors.

This sports complex is an older type complex. I love it. The staff are friendly and helpful &remember your name! It is an absolute hive of activity for all. They have a crèche for 2 hours in the mornings during the week for anyone who wants to exercise and has small kids.

Great place for all ages, staff friendly and helpful

The whole complex has seen its better days. (That would be around 30 years ago) . The changing rooms, although large, are old and especially the toilets and showers are in bad condition. The pool, although clean, is very narrow and the lanes are probably only around 2/3rds the width of the lanes in the NAC. The gala that I was at, although well organised, showed the age of the facility quite clearly. The roof is rusty and needs renovation. The seating facilities need to be expanded and so does parking availability. I would just say that the whole site needs a renovation. However, it is good that the complex is here and people use it to its advantage.

Good facilities the pool is a bit dirty though
