Straight trash! I asked for crispy not burnt! Extra means more than the 2 you already put on there and mayo means i need to see it !..this Mcdonalds is always been the worst one! Went there last week, rude female cashier, and no coke and didnt give us but one of our fries!

I tried multiple times and always had the worst experience with the service. The food tastes okay and sometimes Apple pies are very dry. I would not recommend going to the counter or waiting at the curbside.

Dirty tables, took photos of big mac's, 2nd one the middle bun on top. 1st one the stuff barely made it on the bun. Not hot, dry meat. Service was ok. Fries were grease covered shiney, bit at least hot.

Once again, the staff make up new rules. We asked for 2 coffees with 4 cream and 4 sugars. The girl comes out with a bag full of both. I asked if they could put the cream and sugars in. She claims, "We don't do that here." And again, no receipt. This location needs new management.

Waited 20 mins for my food (drive thru) before inquiring where my food was. Was told they didn't see my order (even though I already paid and was told to wait in a parking space). Associate hung up on me. Waited for 40 mins, no food. Paid and everything. Had to leave to get my other kids. So... theft on McDonald's. Great.

DO NOT eat here. The service and the food is terrible. The mens room doesn’t have a working soap dispenser. I placed a mobile order from the table. Staff wouldn’t bring the food to my table DESPITE having nobody in lane. Constant alarms going off in the kitchen which means your food isn’t being cooked properly. They wouldn’t even refund my money for the McFlurry they didn’t have. She said she couldn’t do that and I had to do it from within the app. GUESS WHAT! I can’t find the place in the app to request a refund for a product I didn’t receive. If I were the owner, I would fire ALL of you for gross incompetence and pure laziness! Ray Kroc is rolling in his grave.

McDonald's is usually a hit-or-miss. This time it was a hit. The manager / employee his name was Jeronica was super friendly and very helpful. Whenever she's there and I go in I know that my order will be right.
