Never been here before, figured we would stop and grab a quick bite on our way back home from Alabama. Food was OK, customer service was good. Bathrooms were pretty nasty. Initially the customer service was through the roof, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by what looks like the manager. She was amazing and took very good care of us. After getting our meal we noticed that we were missing a dipping sauce. Let’s just say that they guard that dipping sauce like if it was Fort Knox lol they would not give us a dipping sauce for our meal and made us pay for it. No big deal right? It was only $.49 but it should have come with the meal. I get it people take advantage of situations like this and asked for several dipping sauces, but we just needed one. Small things go along way. Chicken was OK, biscuits were great, fries were old and the mac & cheese wasn’t all that good. The tater tot looking things were really good, that was the only thing that was fresh in our meal. Other than the biscuit, the biscuit was good. Would have been good to have some honey but I wasn’t paying for that either. I was afraid to go back up and ask.

Visited here through the drive though and had a very bad experience with the employee helping us. My family and I were simply ignored, as not a single word was said to us and we were just handed our food. It was an odd experience and I hope the management reevaluates their employees and customer service. The food was good, no different than any other bojangles, but the forgot one of our items.

Perfect place to reminisce about high school cafeteria food. (Pro tip- you know that seasoning you guys sale?.. maybe try putting that on the food before you cook it).. Place is so outdated, they don't even have a spicy chicken option. Like stop pretending to have some kind of Cajun influence, your food is offensive

I’ve been here twice in the past week. Both times fries were very cold. Not even warm. The gentleman in front of me just now walked outside and threw his fries in the parking lot because he was disgusted with how cold they were. It’s 7pm, no lights on in the parking lot. Every single street light is out and it’s hard to tell if the store is open. When we got to the window, three employees were on their phones. We had to pull up to wait for our food, when the employee brought it out she was looking at her phone, scrolling. It’s just the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. On Tuesday morning when I stopped in for an early lunch, there was one lady busting her butt, working hard, the rest are all moving in slow motion. Me and two other customers had to wait 11 minutes at the register before the poor lady had a chance to come take our orders. I don’t know if this is a corporate store or a franchisee owns it, but I feel truly bad for whoever does. You might want to check in on the life of your store. :-/

This is a sorry Bojanles! Look at how hard my biscuit is! It completely broke apart like ceramic ! It was so hard! My supremes were dry and not fresh! This is my 3rd and last time to be disappointed! Y’all giving the franchise a bad name!

We were so excited to stop and grab some bojangles being we don't have any in northwest Florida and haven't had it in a long time but anyway we got the Supremes and fries and they were small and they just wasn't good. We stopped at another Bojangles near the villages on our way back home and we both got a Cajun filet biscuit with egg and cheese and the biscuit was kinda hard and the chicken patty was also hard and chewy. We're kinda just a little disappointed being we were looking forward to eating a couple times on our trip but we still love Bojangles I guess it just wasn't our time for a 10 on the food experience.

Such good customer service! The main guy working there was super friendly and gave us recommendations, made sure we had everything and brought the food out to us. The restaurant closed in 10 minutes when we got there and they were still so nice and welcoming. The bbq chicken sandwich was good as well as the fresh fries and mashed potatoes. The restaurant was very clean and had a good experience here.

I stopped by and grabbed food for my family. I ordered two of their family 12 supreme meals with mashed potatoes and gravy, fries, and mac and cheese. They put 2 sauce cups for 24 chicken strips, didn't give us gravy for the mashed potatoes, the strips were smaller than my daughters finger, and the sweet tea was just brown colored water. I called and talked to a manager named Maxie. He said that due to how far I lived I could drop by the next day and he would replace it all. Low and behold I show up today and he isn't there and they refuse to honor the agreement he and I had. After several back and forths with their "General manager" she refused to keep the agreement her employee and I had made. Moral of the story make sure to check your food before you leave, because regardless of whatever agreement you come to with the manager they will not honor it.
