Beware!!!
Moral
of
the
story:
TERRIBLE
(even
for
a
McDonalds)
customer
service
which
takes
away
the
quality
and
desirability
of
the
food.
You
order
on
THE
APP
for
efficiency,
only
to
be
met
with
a
rude
declaration
of
a
CLOSED
drive-thru.
Even
when
you
have
already
paid,
and
would
just
be
simply
be
waiting
at
the
window,
you
are
told
to
come
inside
for
the
order.
Then,
when
you
come
inside
you
stand
there
being
IGNORED,
immersed
in
sounds
of
beeps
and
bops
from
machines.
NO
PRODUCTIVITY.
I
decided
to
cancel
my
order
thereafter.
They
all
denied
the
possibility
of
cancelling
the
order
(thus
recieving
a
REFUND)
despite
it
being
CLEARLY
written
on
the
app
to
go
to
restaurant.
It
was
no
longer
debatable.
I
was
disgusted!
That
was
the
rudest
encounter
I've
ever
had.
A
woman
who
was
so
distasteful,
COMMITTED
to
being
ignorant,
uncooperative,
without
ANY
manners.
I
am
glad
it
was
YOU,
who
had
to
take
the
time
out,
to
WORK
that
kiosk,
and
SERVICE
me
my
REFUND.
You
are
the
vessel
and
I
don't
want
that
kind
of
energy
touching
my
food.
PERIOD.
Run
my
money
back!
