    This location is the worst for delivery drivers. We come in, nobody greets you or cares that your picking up food! Your left to stand in the lobby, when people beg you for money and food. This morning I was there at 9:30am to pickup a delivery, after standing there for 10 minutes I finally was told they couldn’t make a latte cause the machine is down. If you can’t fill the order cancel it - so the driver doesn’t waste time driving there and then more time being ignored at the pickup spot!

    This mcdonald’s dead ahh don’t gaf bout they customers ! The fries always have black stuff on it like they done clean the fry machine. this mcdonald’s literally need to shut down.

    Came here on 6.18.23. Spent quite a bit on breakfast. 2 big breakfast, 1 hotcakes with bacon. 1 sausage patty and I believe a dairy free caramel macchiato. The order was not correct. The staff were oblivious to me once I got inside the store. 🥺 I waited patiently and listened to other customers talk to and about the work and workers there. I finally got noticed after stepping in the place of an older woman that was nearly behind the counter before anyone assisted her. When I leaned on the counter in the same manner, I finally got someone's attention. Then the young lady decided to hand me the nasty cake and mcgriddle that was sitting on the tray for someone to take. So, I started out here at 10:30 in line. Made an online order. Confirmed all this info in the drive thru. I left the store at 11:07 am. Not just because the order was wrong. My breakfast was ruined and my time was wasted. When I was handed the incorrect items "in place of" my two missing items, I just left. I'd clearly wasted my time and they were clearly not going to fix it. I won't be back to this McDonald's location for breakfast again.

    Mobile App Users Beware!!! Moral of the story: TERRIBLE (even for a McDonalds) customer service which takes away the quality and desirability of the food. You order on THE APP for efficiency, only to be met with a rude declaration of a CLOSED drive-thru. Even when you have already paid, and would just be simply be waiting at the window, you are told to come inside for the order. Then, when you come inside you stand there being IGNORED, immersed in sounds of beeps and bops from machines. NO PRODUCTIVITY. I decided to cancel my order thereafter. They all denied the possibility of cancelling the order (thus recieving a REFUND) despite it being CLEARLY written on the app to go to restaurant. It was no longer debatable. I was disgusted! That was the rudest encounter I've ever had. A woman who was so distasteful, COMMITTED to being ignorant, uncooperative, without ANY manners. I am glad it was YOU, who had to take the time out, to WORK that kiosk, and SERVICE me my REFUND. You are the vessel and I don't want that kind of energy touching my food. PERIOD. Run my money back!

    Everybody is too busy on their phones! I did at the register 10 mins while they were making a damn tik tok and on top of that my food wasn't right but when I showed them they had the worst attitude snatching my bag and drink! I only stated the food was wrong smh never go to this McDonald's unless you want a headache on top of an incorrect order

    Ordered 1/4 pounder no cheese. First they wanted to give me chicken nuggets. I had to wait for the burger. I checked for cheese. The piece of cheese that I didn’t want was so small I didn’t see it when I checked it in the drive thru. I had to wait to eat it. Because I don’t eat cheese. I had to wait until I scraped the cheese off. By that time it was cold. They acted like they didn’t know what they doing. I will not go back.

    Even though we were the only ones waiting, your lack of concentration caused the severe inefficiency. I get it you are young, but it's your job the noise and playing that was going on last night while customers were in the restaurant was displeasing and very unprofessional.

    Very rude service. Allowed me to order something, pay for it then tell me they don’t have it and take 10 minutes to refund me because they stepped outside to smoke. Horrible
