This was my first time trying Panda Express and it was decent I Ordered the 2 entree and 1 side plate With the orange chicken and the peppered chicken the meat portions was truly disrespectful considering the amount of rice given . It just made no sense the flavor was great as far as the orange chicken i felt as though the peppered chicken was a bit too strong I Had To mask the taste with the teriyaki sauce . The chances of me going back is very slim not all that bad though .

Friday I arrive at 8:pm, an hour before the store closes, and am informed they're out of nearly everything. I can clearly see several dishes being cooked in the kitchen. Saturday I get there at 7:30pm. Different dishes available but I'm again informed they are out of everything else. I could understand if I had arrived 15 minutes before closing that they didn't want to cook anything new but an hour and then 90 minutes in advance? Unacceptable.

The food was good or as expected.. The rice however was bad.. I mean really bad. None of us ate it as my friend thought his' was hard because it was old. But they'd bought out new rice when my sister and I got our plates. Needless to say ours was bad as well. Not flavor but undercooked. I opted in for the bee Angus Beef for $1 more and it was really good. We all got waters and our food togo.

This used to be one of my favorite places. We had to wait on 4 different items. And when the last item was done, they were out of something else. After waiting, I asked for a refund for one item, which I paid in cash, and they gave this story about they don't refund they try to fix the problem. After getting my food ready, I brought it home, and it wasn't done correctly. The sweet fire had some other sauce and was very spicy then usual. They rushed to do the noodles, and they were uncooked and dry. They tried to offer more food, but the wait was just too long. This isn't the 1st time I've had to do a refund. Unless my son wants something, I won't be ordering from there anymore.

I ordered on the app and when I arrived the food wasn't ready. No big deal, because the young lady apologized and rushed to make it. There were 3 other customers inside, and several cars in drive thru, so I understood the wait for food. My food was hot & delicious! I had the Chili Shrimp, the new menu item.

Placed my order online was supposed be ready at 3:05. I didnt get to the restaurant until 3:12. Went to th3 window told them my name. Was told the honey chicken was being cooked and asked to park in the front handicap spot and they will bring it out to me. I waited there for 30mins. Decided to go in only after another car parked in the 2nd handicap was brought their food out 5mins after they parked. Went in to inquire about my food and why it was never brought out and the order was still not ready. Asked for a refund and the leads hip on duty didn't know how to process it. So I just had to send a complaint online since there is no number to call either

Had to wait a few minutes for fresh food but it was well worth the wait. Except I think they forgot the sauce in the beef and broccoli 😂. Staff was exceptional and this store has made major improvements since the last time I was there.

Only giving two stars since the food was fine, service is very slow if you go inside, but the drive thru lane is being served quickly. Doesn’t seem to have the same “rules” regarding food as other locations.
