I have seen all of Tara's reviews and sadly, they seem universally negative and somewhat paranoid. I find Grace's staff to be responsive and fair. They have proven thus far to be understanding and responsive, and respect that sometimes auctioning family possessions can stir up negative feelings among other family members. I appreciate them.

Top notch customer service and they gave me way more for my gold and silver coins than anyone else in Tallahassee by about 20%. Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed with the integrity of this company I had two problems before and gave them another chance and they blew it, I bid on an item and my bid won, but magically they can not find the item that I bid on, the owner of the item is one of the partners( I am told) in this organization Luke. Sounds like he didn't want to sell it for the price I won it for, and decided to let the people that work for him call me instead of doing the honest thing. Think twice when doing business with this company, had problems on both sides buying and selling.
