Awful place to live. Crack heads for neighbors, homeless people hanging around, maintenance requests take days if not weeks, easier to fly than get a hold of the leasing office, need I go on?

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Of all the reasons I have to detour people from making a horrible mistake moving here the top 2 would have to be their lack of caring for their tenants and the fact they will give you every excuse in the book to not give you your security deposit back when you move out. While me and my boyfriend was living there a tree fell on the apartment directly above ours, this happened on a weekend and they had no emergency number to call so we along with the other affected tenants had to deal with it until Monday morning. They waited an additional 2 days to get the tree off the building and didn’t fix the whole in the roof for 2-3 months after that they just poorly draped a tarp over the hole. Not once did the maintenance people come and look at our damage even tho we told the office ladies that our window was severely leaking and so was the doorway to the bedroom (we have videos as proof). They didn’t note it or anything, it went ignored for the remainder of our lease. I’m sure any rational person would know that conditions like those makes black mold grow, idk if they didn’t kno that or just didn’t care. Fast forward to when we moved out BOTH of the office Ladies told me I would get my deposit back 30 days after I dropped off my keys, it has now been 2 months and all they’ve given me is excuses as to why I havnt gotten it yet, they “forget” to give me any updates even tho I’ve asked twice and half the time they don’t even want to answer my phone calls. Don’t move somewhere that blatantly just doesn’t care about their tenants and being an honest decent landlord. Don’t make my mistakes by leasing with them.

I never viewed the unit but I was played and lied to I have been at the apartment at least 3 times that the property manager was there... I moved from Alabama to Tallahassee where the facility is I have been staying in hotels for 2 weeks I have work I had just started when I came down here and I let the property manager know that she told me I can use that as proof of income at to get my boss to write a Statement on my earnings and how much I make she did just that, that was on Friday I called back Monday to check on my application someone said which I think was the property manager that my application was in the system and had been processed I ask her did I needed to bring proof of my income she said no so Tuesday I called back to check on my application and the lady that usually be in front was there and told me that my application wasn't processed because she needed my proof of income at that moment I lost all respect the property manager lies big time

This apt complex isnt thay bad. Apartments are nice inside but they are very small. Maintenance is good about fixing things. Sometimes homeless people hang out around the front building. Other than that, its not a bad apt if you are looking to save money

Lived here for about 2 years and it was doable. Yes there were homeless people by the entrance and in the laundry room. The noise level was not so bad and there was ample parking.

My whole year here has been a disaster. I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all. Too noisy with blasting music and the apartment manager allows it. Goes against their own lease and it's all about the money. I saw drug dealers around and homeless people sleeps in front of building. I should of read the reviews before moving here. The landlord is disrespectful and rude and I haven't had maintenance since the day I moved in. Now they said they weren't renewing my lease. Awesome because I rather move. Don't move here the rent is affordable but not worth a dime.

DO NOT COME HERE, THESE PEOPLE ARE SOME SORRY EXCUSES FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I was approved in May, BUT didn't have me in a unit until the end of July. The stove didn't work neither did the exhaust fan. It never got fixed. Nothing got fixed and they're excuse was always "they don't have a maintenance person and they have pull one from another property", and never did. It took me almost a month after I moved in to get a mailbox key, and I never received a signed document of the lease I signed.

horrible!!!! DO NOT rent from this place. They will take all your money and won't refund your deposit if you give one. Beware of this Scam!!!!!!!
