probably
the
worst
customer
service
i’ve
ever
experienced.
i
live
right
behind
them
and
i’m
in
there
constantly
due
to
lack
of
a
vehicle
(as
of
recently).
i
have
not
had
one
good
experience
since
i’ve
stopped
using
the
drive
through.
one
time
it
took
me
over
20
minutes
to
get
my
meal
because
the
just
outright
forgot
about
me.
i
sat
and
listened
as
i
heard
them
discuss
getting
taco
bell,
and
watched
as
a
few
of
them
left
to
go
get
taco
bell.
another
time
i
sat
for
over
20
minutes
because
they
couldn’t
toast
the
buns
and
they
decided
not
to
tell
me
(i
don’t
care
if
it’s
toasted
or
not
honestly).
i’ve
gotten
the
spicy
crispy
chicken
sandwich
during
most
of
my
visits
and
last
time
i
got
one
it
was
so
incredibly
hard
to
chew
and
get
into.
never
had
this
problem
with
this
sandwich
before.
the
manager
is
super
rude
to
me
everytime
i’m
in
there,
save
for
the
one
time
she
complimented
my
tattoos.
i’m
just
outright
disappointed
