    They unfortunately suffer from lack of staff, mostly due to it being where nobody wants to work. Right next to a dorm with drunk college kids, as well as people begging for money? I wouldn’t want to work here either. The supervisor/manager person at night is so sweet though, treat the worker’s with kindness y’all. During 9pm to around 11pm is transitioning from night crew to late night, and they have like no staff. Avoid going around this time, just drive the extra 2 miles to Pensacola St, they have a lot of staff there (it’ll still take a bit, but it’s McDonald’s, what else do you expect).

    Just go to another McDonald’s. I think I waited for about an hour for my food, and I only stayed because I already paid. I was approached by multiple homeless people, which might be okay if they were not violating personal space of customers and frightening women, but the staff had no worry for the safety of their customers inside and about anything at all. The employees avoided us as they took an unbelievable amount of time to make our food, because it wasn’t even busy.

    You have to understand this is on Tennessee Avenue. Reliable to see counselors working with homeless psychotics. If you are a traveler like me they will probably be cool and not even bother you but I'm just saying you're in the worst part of town and if you really like McDonald's and you have a car going down to the next one or the other one you'll do better

    The lobby is closed even when it says open on the mobile app for ordering. As someone who does not drive, being told I must go to the drive thru to get my food is discouraging. This location takes a long time to prepare food and it is never 100% correct. Either you are missing your sauces, get unsalted fries or have to wait 30-75 mins for a simple order. There needs to be better management because closing the lobby during dinner time, especially right next to a university campus, automatically disregards many individuals.

    Spent just under 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for a burger and fries. Employees cursed me out whenever I asked for updates or asked why it was taking so long. Stay far away from this location. Between the rude and slow service along with the quality of the food, you’ll be much happy and much more efficient sitting down at a restaurant than you are going through this drive thru.

    Waited here with 6 cars in the drive through line in front of me. My wait time wait time has been 36 minutes and still counting. I came here for fast food because I don’t have the time to cook. I could have cooked a whole meal for time I have spent waiting in this line. Employees tend to have good attitude while serving here it just the wait time this time is out of line.

    probably the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i live right behind them and i’m in there constantly due to lack of a vehicle (as of recently). i have not had one good experience since i’ve stopped using the drive through. one time it took me over 20 minutes to get my meal because the just outright forgot about me. i sat and listened as i heard them discuss getting taco bell, and watched as a few of them left to go get taco bell. another time i sat for over 20 minutes because they couldn’t toast the buns and they decided not to tell me (i don’t care if it’s toasted or not honestly). i’ve gotten the spicy crispy chicken sandwich during most of my visits and last time i got one it was so incredibly hard to chew and get into. never had this problem with this sandwich before. the manager is super rude to me everytime i’m in there, save for the one time she complimented my tattoos. i’m just outright disappointed

    I've been to many McDonalds, this is the worst by far. Waited an excessive amount of time for a fast food joint and with a small order. Food... was raw, never have I been served a bright pink burger before, so raw i had to recook it in my microwave. Gordon would be pissed.

    The Tallahassee McDonald's on Tennessee St is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to and that's saying something. They always get something wrong. They forget entire items, make things wrong, like forgetting the lettuce and mayo on a basic McChicken, and have problems cooking things properly, over and undercooking things. And the time/date doesn't matter, they're consistently bad there.

    The staff was rude. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it did not arrive even after 20 minutes while everyone who ordered after me received their orders. When I inquired, the staff member brought a ro go bag and just dumped it on the counter. No smile, no napkins, no nothing. Wouldn't recommend.

    No breakfast burritos. No orange juice. Drive through closed, must order indoors. No parking for 4 trips around parking lot. One inside, No one to take orders, must use kiosk. 2 of 4 kiosks not working. 38 people inside waiting. No exaggeration. 1 hour 15 minutes and left with nothing I originally wanted. Should have been 10 minutes maybe, and had all menu items. McDonald's has fallen far.

    Took 10 mins to place a simple order of 3 things. She couldn’t figure out how to add a drink to a kids meal…. Got my nuggets & fries & they were clearly cooked way too long or in old grease. Or both. Tastes disgusting.

    Waited 20 minutes at the drive through window for them to give me the bag of food at the window I had been looking at the entire time. No matter the time of day, the service sucks and the staff seems like they are doing more nothing than work. Went here after a year of not even looking at this place and it’s still awful enough to now make me quit McDonalds and get healthier.

    These people so rude here. Even though corporate might not do anything im definitely calling to make a complaint. I picked up a dash order and all I asked was is the drink in the bag because it was like my 2nd order and I didn’t know if I had to fix it myself. The manager and a crew member literally started talking about me in front of my face.

    McDonald's used to be a family favorite, now it has been placed on our X list. Wait lines are a mile long,drive thru takes at least 20 minutes, inside is worse, can't get help from employees even when multiple customers are waiting in line, the employees always completely ignore everyone in the lobby because they are more concerned with their drive thru orders. They are very rude, the food is borderline disgusting and we literally never want to spend a dime on that place again.

    I sent for breakfast and purchased pancakes and an Oreo Frape. The pancakes were hot, and the lady gave me 4 butters and 2 syrups. The perfect amount to make my pancakes yummy. The Frape was good and cold. They put plenty of crushed Oreos in it and a perfect amount of whip cream on top.

    This for store#7964 on west Tennessee Street Tallahassee Florida. The Morning Manager needs more training,extremely rude and always angry,the rest if the crew is always nice.The Manager is a (Boss) not a leader and I'm sure the employees feel the same way! Retrain her! Would have given 0 stars!

    Stay away from this location, service and staff are rude and very slow service! I was in the drive thru ordering just 1 large fries for my kid when I was asked that I have to come inside to make the order when I was already at the drive thru, the crew couldn’t even give me a proper answer why I have to go inside to order when they didn’t do that the car behind me. They made me feel they were singling me out because I’m Asian. I was scared! Waited for almost 40mins inside the restaurant for just 1 large fries.

    This was my first time using the kiosk at a McDonald's, and it definitely won't be the last! Some people don't like the self-serving aspect that many companies are going to, but in the case of ordering food, I am all for it! I was able to customize my meal, complete my order, and get my food in a very reasonable amount of time!

    Everything was HOT and FRESH! I’m talking no salt fries in their OWN BAG. Gave my son the small fry AND the apple slices! They weren’t out of Sweet & Sour sauce Or cookies! And I was only there for like two minutes tops. I drove past the McDonald’s closer to the house to go to this one because I have consistently good experiences here. They deserve these five stars

    Very quick for breakfast, cashier is always on point w recalling orders st window to insure proper delievery of food. Have only one bad experience here with food coming out improperly, they forgot cheese on my sausage egg and cheese muffin, out of the many times ive been and had no issues at all, thats acceptable percentage of operations for me, better than most McD's these days..

    I'm actually stunned about my experience at this establishment. I was in the drive thru for 20 mins. A lady came on 3 times and told me it would be a minute. I drove to 1st window where a lady told me they were not taking orders at 9:20pm . I just got off a 10 hour shift and was not happy to hear this so I go inside to talk to a Manager. Same lady from window. She told me the number was on receipt. I said I don't have a receipt because I could not order. She then gave me the number to store. Smh.... Guest Service??? Not.

    I decided to walk into the lobby because the line was about 3 cars deep. I couldn't order at the kiosk because of course you can't add Mac sauce to any burger through that system. I waited at the counter with noother customers in the lobby for about 20 mins while the cashier working the front kept looking at me then walking away. Very deliberately. Guess people who don't have the same skin color as the employees shouldn't walk in there expecting service. Wont be wasting my time trying to get service there again because this isn't the first time I was treated that way.

    It's McDonald's so I don't expect anything great but I at least expect it to be a normal McDonald's level. This place failed. The biscuit was rock hard and the hash brown was cold. The staff was nice though and got us throughha busy line quickly.

    0 stars. On Saturday 11/19/22 at 4:17am. My wife and I went to this McDonalds on W. Tennessee and Dewey St to ask for a cup of water. My wife feeling dehydrated, she the only one with valid license. I went to the door and made a drinking motion. A Caucasian woman with a nasty attitude wave me off as if I was the nastiest, dirtiest thing she ever saw. I was trying to signal to another woman that in the lobby and she just looked at me. The Customer Service for this shift is absolutely terrible. I will be contacting their headquarters. That location 24 hours yet they find any reason to close. I received all that disrespect for a cup of water to make sure my wife was hydrated and okay.

    All the staff working here on Sunday, June 19th, at 8:30 PM should all be let go based on how apparent it is that they do not want to be there. When I pull up to the drive thru window and am told to “wait” to place my order, I’m fine with that for the first ten minutes, but after that I’d like to order. Then I place my order, am told they’re out of an item completely that I’d like, and then upon finally getting my food, they serve us burgers with patties literally half the size of the bun. I don’t even know where they got patties for hamburgers that small, but please just go do something else with your life if you’re going to be an unhappy disdainful employee who serve trash, no one is forcing you to work here.
