I had an excellent experience having a custom engagement ring made at Robert's. Based on my budget, Robert ordered three diamonds in my price range and allowed me to look at each of them carefully under his jewelers microscope to see any imperfections first hand. Once I selected the diamond, he had the custom engagement ring made to my exact specs in about a month. The craftsmanship on the ring is excellent. The ring was appraised above Robert's price. From what I've seen, nobody offers better prices on a custom ring. Most importantly, my now fiancé said yes. Thanks Robert!

Took moms antique wedding ring that her gran gave her from England. It was missing a small stone not easily replaced. Robert managed to find a stone to replace it and restored the ring to its original design and detail. Excellent job all around.
