I liked this place and their açaí bowls are good, but when ordering today the girl up front was rude, and I ended up paying $12 for the regular (medium) sized açaí bowl just to look and the cup is half filled. There’s 3 total strawberry slices and the portion of actual açaí isn’t even halfway filling the container, it looks more like a small size inside of a larger cup. I unfortunately probably will go elsewhere for an açaí bowl seeing that I just wasted my money.

First time here and this is now my favorite place. Food is great and super healthy and the amount of food and options I had were great. Lovely environment and good host up there. Every one on a diet or just wanting good healthy food should go to this place and give it a try

Great quality of food healthy and makes you feel good afterwards they have many choices and options i usually get the regular bowl it got 2 basses 2 vegies 2 protein i get quinoa and sweet potato noodles and Turkey bowls and southwest chicken also mushrooms and cauliflower

If i can give this establishment 20 stars I would ! First and foremost I’d like to let you guys know beforehand that I’ve transitioned into veganism ,so it can be pretty difficult to find restaurant that adhere to my new dietary preference. But Vale had such an array of options I’m so glad that I was able to pack so many choices all into one plate . So I Had the pleasure of getting the regular bowl which comes with 2 bases , 2 vegetables, 2 proteins and 1 boost. My choice of bases was cilantro brown rice & veggie quinoa, my 2 proteins were vegan tenders & impossible chorizo which was amazing!! and packed which flavor and spice which I loved . My choice of vegetables was turmeric onions & peppers as well as the buffalo cauliflower . At first I honestly was skeptical about it but the lovely lady allowed me to try it and I was Surprised at how amazing it tasted . Lastly for boost I had added some fresh guacamole and had 2 sides of cake vinaigrette. Honestly I loved this bowl so much the price is definitely super but considering the amount of food as well as the organic items that go into it it’s super worth it and very fulfilling.

I visited today for the first time in a while and I forgot how great the food and service was! Emily was quick to greet me when I entered and was exceptional through my time there. I ordered the regular bowl and she offered guidance on what will pair well when I asked. Can’t wait to come back to the W Tenn location!

Yesterday was my first visit and it was decent, just a little over priced. The super bowl was $20 and pressed juice was $8 … I am also vegetarian so I only got what was available of non-meat items, the roasted broccoli, vale rice and quinoa with honey sriracha & avocado slices was hella good together! The juice, soy chikn tenders & corn salsa were okay. I could care less for the chickpeas, sweet potato noodles & balsamic mushrooms. Each individual side was okay on its own but it tasted much better when mixed together. It’s not out of this world with flavor but it’s still something to try honestly, I give it a 7/10 but I will probably give it another try!

This cookie was one the best I’ve ever had never in my life have I once experienced the flavor that I did when I bit into this for the first time it was simply an experience that can only be called divine.however açaí bowl couldn’t be mixed with dragon fruit should definitely add that as an option!

Good food, prices are on the higher side. Some of the menu doesn't match offerings. Nitro brewed coffee is just regular iced coffee, nothing 'nitro' about it. For the price one would expect some carbonation. Only a handful of 'boosts' were really available, mostly regular condiment stuff.

The food is so good, despite it being a health food restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will be coming back frequently!!

Açaí bowl was amazing!! The atmosphere is beautiful and Jewel was a huge help in my first visit today! I cannot wait to start the meal preps when payday comes! I’m super excited about this place and will definitely be back. Maybe this afternoon 🥰

I cannot explain how much I love this place! I tried it for the first time today because I was looking for a healthy meal. Not only do they have a HUGE selection to choose from, but their food is so delicious! Even though they were busy, employees were kind enough to explain everything step by step. The food is so flavorful. I 100% am coming at least 10 more times.

Always have had a great experience everytime I come here. The kale Caesar and vegan tenders are to die for and the young man that helped me today was very nice and provided personable service. 10/10 reccomend!

I have never been here before, but I was introduced by a close friend of mine and I can say the food was good. Vale’s had options on food that was vegetarian and vegan. Looking forward to coming again! Ema was a wonderful cashier, and she deserves a raise!

When I come to visit, I love to support new businesses. A friend of mine recommended this location to me since I am plant-based/vegan. I don’t generally visit restaurants that serve meat/aren’t vegan out of fear of cross-contamination (it’s literally painful… IYKYK), but I was able to confirm that the techniques and practices utilized by this kitchen aim to restrict the chance of cross-contamination and took a chance! The staff was very kind and made recommendations based off of my diet preferences. They were also very knowledgeable about which flavors would go well together. People often think “clean” eating means flavorless— but Vale has all of the cleanliness without sacrificing flavor! 10/10; highly recommended!

First time ordering from here and it went great! I ordered a BYO small bowl and was impressed with the flavor of the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and fresh. The citrus vinaigrette was to die for - there were even small bits of orange throughout! I’d absolutely eat here again.

I was visiting Tallahassee and someone recommended this place and I’m glad I went! It was so delicious! I wish I got the girls name that helped me last night, but she was so sweet and explained how to do everything! Next time I’m in town I will be coming again!

Came here between classes and gym to grab a quick bite. I got a regular since I can get 2 meals out of it. The hot bowls are on the pricier side but I like all the vegetables and non-fried options! Super filling. The staff at this location were friendly.

I got a poke bowl, it was a huge portion was able to have it for lunch and dinner. I also had an acai bowl, it was amazing

Came in to grab a fresh pressed juice around 9p after getting my hair done next door. The juice was $8 and not fresh, it's made in California. It's my fault for not reading the bt before purchase but at that price I expect the juice to actually be today fresh not last week, shipped in a plane, then delivered to the store fresh. I would have tried the food but it was all packed up as she clearly was ready to go from the what do u want face.. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Their food is great but some of the employees there are below par. They often forget one of the proteins, give you a small bowl instead of a regular one you ordered, and they almost never fail to forget the sauce.
