Tunnelma katossa.. vaan ei ollut. Kaikennäköistä porukkaa sitä on liikkeellä, muttei koskaan elämäni aikana ole tarvinnut ruokaa syödessä pidättää itkua kurkussa kun tuntuu toisen puolesta niin pahalta. Ruokakaan ollut hyvää. Lopuksi maininta vessoista, missä on naisten vessa? Oli vain vammaisten wc ja miesten wc.

Standard McDonald's, there was not much to complain about. The food arrived quickly and it was very tasty - I really liked the spicy nuggets and crinkle fries.

Always packed and they take longer time to prepare the food than other branches but food is good like all other branches in estonia though. They have a sitting area outside, if the weather je bearable its nice actually to eat outside

Mc Flurry ice cream is now lowered it’s standards. Ordered Snickers Ice cream and before it was vanilla ice cream with real snickers in it.. now it’s vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce-peanuts (big and small ones)-chocolate buttons. Taste is totally different than before. Really disappointed that my family just order many different ones and all of them where just so fake consistency. Shame.

Just perfect but not very clean!

Estonian McDonalds, especially Tallinn's Mustamäe franchise is a dirty blot to @mcdonalds name. Something is very wrong with their service process if fast food takes 42 minutes from the time of ordering to receive. Thats how long it took to get a Happy Meal for my hungry 5-year old, 1 COLD DeLuxe beef burger and a diet coke. It was not my choice to go there but my daughter's. That was not the first time this poor excuse for fast food took ages to get, sadly its repetitive and it's a shame such a big corporation doesn't oversee their franchises and make corrections. As you can see, the average review here in Estonia for McDonalds is 1.* out of 5. Isn't it a time to hold the franchisee accountable for their poor processes and bad customer service and cold food??? Clearly it's too much for the restaurant to handle orders from McDonalds app, the counter, self service screen,McDrive and 2-3 different food delivery companies.
