Delicious food!! We ordered salmon soup, chicken and lamb dishes. They were very very good. The portions were big enough. The mains come with a small side salad and rice. We also ordered Indian coffee that we shared it for two people and did not manage to finish it. I think there were about 6-7 coffee cups in the coffee jug so it would be enough for a group of 4-5 people.

My family and I loved the food. We chose the thali option where two people share one large plate with a variety of different indian dishes. Brilliant taste and atmosphere. The staff was a bit loud and not very serviceminded even though the restaurant was almost empty... But that may not be the usual experience.

While usually in Estona if restaurant says that food is hot, you can laugh it away, then Elevant really holds up to it's promise. Ordered last time food with 3 on hotness scale (highest is their scale) and oh boy was that hot. I enjoyed and cried the same time. Took 4 classes of water to finish eating that dish! But yeah, very tasty and hot - you are warned now :)

Elevant resto is an indian restaurant located inside the walls of the old town in Tallinn. When you enter to the door downstairs you procede to walk up to the spiral staircase and you will enter to the restaurant which is at the second floor. The place is quite suggestive but a bit outdated. However, I liked the food and the place inside creates a good atmosphere. Here you can have a relaxing meal where you can enjoy your food and talk with your partner or your friends.

This is so great restaurant, I'm glad we could visit it after several years pause. They serve one of my all time favourite dishes, paneer sarson ka saag. It's not served everywhere but quite rare delicacy in the North Europe. Once again it was worth all the trouble to travel there. Another great thing is that they serve bhatura bread with the dishes instead of naan bread. The serving was very kind and professional and the interior as nice as ever. No unnecessary bollywood hits or other distractions, just absolutely delicious food. What else do you need?

I visited here several years ago and loved it. I used to say it was my favorite Indian restaurant in Europe. But the prices have gone wayyyy up (16,50€ for butter chicken is extortionate; I wouldn't pay that in London, let alone Tallinn), and the quality has gone down. The dal soup tasted like something you can get in the refrigerated section at Spar- a generic, sweetish, yellow "curry," with wayy too much cream- not at all authentic and clearly catered to a European audience thst doesn't enjoy spicy food. (It used to be spicy and gingery and something really special.) The bread that came with it was nice though. The mango lassi used to be quite unique, with Indian spices which really enhanced the flavor. Now it's generic and expensive. On a positive note, the staff are really nice, and the decor is quite cool. Very disappointed overall, however.

The BEST Indian restaurant in town. The food is amazing and the service was great. Special thanks to our waiter TOM - he was extraordinary and helped us with everything. Defiantly would recommend if you haven’t been yet, I am defiantly coming back.

Great food. Food is a little bland by western tastes so order hotter than you would normally if you like it spicy. Vindaloo was similar to UK madras and really nice.

The ambience is warm and a great place to go with family. We ordered the south Indian chicken - a great choice, and the Chicken Tikka masala - not the best choice. The masala was too sour with the tomato puree - instead it needs to have more Tikka or masala flavor. The ice cream with mango puree was a good choice of dessert. All in all a good experience!

Fresh, light and delicious! We had the Daal and Meat Tali, shared with my little boy. Good seasonings and not too spicy for small ones

One of the best Indian restaurants in Tallinn with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. I especially like Mushroom soup. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. I'd highly recommend.

Delicious, authentic flavors! My vegan daal option was one of the best I’ve had. The side salad was a pleasant surprise with a light dust of masala spices on top. Vegan options are clearly marked, the waiter was very welcoming and attentive. Nice decor plus a great selection of beers, including Estonian varieties and of course, Kingfisher! Highly recommend 🙌✨🌿

I order a Chicken Curry which was pretty good. It comes with rice, small salad and some puri bread (not naan bread). Prices according to the location of old town. Portion is not that big.

The spices as it should be. I like that they serve bread as complimentary with rice and curry meal as well. Brilliant taste and rich Indian ethnicity

Tallinn is so beautiful but this was an unexpected gem. You walk up a spiral staircase and are hit by the fragrance of the food. The team were warm and happy to explain any of the menu and the food...well just go and taste it.

Loved the old doors, spiral staircase and orangish lighting on the way in. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was fantastic. They were out of moose, but I loved the mushroom soup and curry lamb. The naan wasn’t as soft as I am used to, but then again this is northeastern Europe.

After walking for about 2 hours on a tour of the beautiful but freezing cold Estonian capital this restaurant was the PERFECT spot for us to go and have a very warm and hearty meal to warm us up. Everything was so well seasoned and the portions were just right. We were all satisfied after our meal and couldn’t recommend this place more!

The wait was horrible, I had to go turn the cars parking timer after I had been waiting for 1 hour for food. At the end the the three meals we ordered looked sad and the taste was not the best.

A great place for Indian food, that has been making people happy for years. I remember visiting it for the first time some 21 years ago and my latest visit last summer was as tasty and comfortable. The building, rooms and courtyard are also great and cosy. A definite recommend not just for Indian food, but any food, especially for a proper dinner.
