Good quality vapiano place. There is plenty of space and lots of cooks. They take cards and speak English.

We loved the dine-in dinner experience. We ordered a three course meal and we ate till we couldn’t eat anymore. The food was delicious and the ordering system was great and effective too. Vapiano was a very good experience for me. I recommend.

I love it. The place is clean and nice and big, I like this Vapiano pay card system. The food is amazing and the staff is really nice. They also make the food in front of you and ask you about every small detail to make sure you get the food, you wanted.

The food in the restaurant is on a pretty average level. Their crème brûlée is pretty interesting because the barman burns the sugar right in front of you. It’s also a pretty tasty dessert. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes in a queue as the chefs can prepare only two pasta dishes simultaneously.

My food (avocado pasta) was burnt. The onions were burnt 😢 tried to pick out the burnt onions but eventually gave up and left most of the food untouched

Good choice of vegan menu. You can't really get a great taste experience but at least you will get full.

Found a favorite pizza place after a long long time. Crusts are just right (not too thin or thick), cheese isn't overpowering and generous amounts of toppings! The plus? Eating all that green takes the guilt away :D Don't miss the pastas and salads too! However, I wouldn't recommend the dessert as much.. not as fresh as everything else.

Great food! I liked the way you place your order, adding your mobile number and getting a SMS when the food is ready for collection. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

We visited the restaurant on the 29th of December at 5pm and were very disappointed with the customer service. The team is not trained well and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. We waited for 30min for our pizza order and by the time it arrived we received it cold. I asked the person at the till to provide us a doggy bag since we were rushing to a train but instead of apologizing for the delay and cold food they asked to pay for the take-away packaging. This is not a European level customer service and in all other countries we would receive a full refund or a meal replacement. I would suggest avoiding this place and visiting some other restaurants in Tallinn with a great service.

Best place to visit in Tallinn.. Everytime I am here I visit the place for my fav pasta.. The best I ever ate I can say.. Pizza are really good too.. And the place is amazing. Very kind staff

I noticed a bit of eagerness from the bar staff when I expressed a preference to wait for my meal before ordering drinks. Despite my intention, the bartender checked my receipt and proceeded with the drink and desert order. This might have been a slight mix-up, perhaps a language barrier at play. Nonetheless, this was just a minor blip in an overall enjoyable visit. The food was scrumptious, and the atmosphere was delightfully relaxed. The tiramisu wasn’t quite to my taste, owing to its strong liquor flavor, but the main dish was delectable and added to my positive experience. I’m looking forward to returning and would definitely recommend this place to my friends to come as a group. :)

I have never been to this chain before, but we stumbled upon it on our walk back to the ferry terminal. The pasta tasted so fresh and was delicious. Easy enough ordering system on a kiosk, they text your number when it is ready, and you pick it up from the counter.

The pasta bolognese here was very good, the sauce was blended perfectly where the sauce was almost absorbed by the pasta, not too meaty, not overly tomato. Would recommend. Also, they ask for your number so they can send you a text when your order is ready for pick-up, but it doesn't seem to work with American numbers.

This place was a really really nice restaurant in Estonia tallinn. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed it. The food, service and atmosphere was really good. It cost around 28 Euros for a 3 course meal which was very filling and is worth the asking price. I would have also been happy to pay more.

Nothing special… the food is OK - perhaps pastas are better than pizzas. The price doesn’t really match the taste. The cocktails were fine - definitely have had better. I liked the self ordering machines, otherwise, if you’ve never been, it could seem confusing on what you need to do to order.

Chicken BBQ Pizza was really good. One of the best pizzas I’ve had lately. Ordering was easy and drinks were easy to get. Pleasant experience.

Well cooked pasta with great seasoning even the pasta is not oily. Waiting time is not long. All served digitally.

Fast service, a little to get used to with the ordering, but once you have it down, it's a breeze! Good environment, and the Quattro Formaggia pizza is amazing!

Vapiano is my favourite lunch place in Tallinn. The food is excellent and the people who prepare it are very helpful and all have perfect English. I had the reef and beef think is a salad with fillet beef and prawn with a mustard dressing. It was delicious. Lots of space inside this restaurant in a really bright high ceiling open plan format. Also had children play area too such helps. Highly recommended.

I do NOT recommend you to go to the pasta. Every time I try to go, the staff is always cold, making you feel that you should go to another queue. Or you also need to wait too long to get your order, and the other clients often cut the queue. You do not feel welcome on that corner. However the pizza are really nice. Not only they are well cooked, with good quality ingredients, but also the the cook is very nice and smiling. I do recommend you take the pizza. Also, the person who’s at the cash machine is very very smiling 😄 kudos to her

I used to order pasta with beef via delivery. Pasta came with chicken. Taste was disgusting and it did notlook good. Do not recomend at all. They do not give a heck about clients.

The "credit card" systsem was a really cool idea. You make a tab on the card ans pay it at the end. The food was really good!

One of the best pasta and breads I Ever had in Europe ..the agi olo pasta is simply amazing..they prepare it live and ask you for options as well and plus the place has a vibe

Worse experience kitchen staff over worked just wanted to leave the place, could not speak English freely, food was not even average but bad, pizza crust dry salad meat just flavored not actually meaty, just bad in general not sure about those pictures on the main page.... To be reviewed.

Wait 5 min at the reception for someone to come. Next, wait 10 min to know that you cannot order food because chef was very busy and had no interest in talking to you. So, I just left. Vapiano in Tartu provided much better service.

It's quite big and spacious. I had the chicken ceasar salad which is bomb. They also have pizza and pasta.

The food is delicious, friendly service and fair prices! We were two days in Tallinn and went there two days in a row.

Probably the best pizza place in town, try it out!
