I really wanted to like this place! The menu seems nice and exciting and we've really been needing a restaurant of this planned concept, and I understand it was their first day and there are troubles, but this was borderline ridiculous - and being hungry made it more irritating. We had a dinner reservation at 7 and were there on time. We were quickly seated at a table which was uncovered (which was fine) and were told the waiter will be with us right away and the table covered. (This is the only time I get to use the word quickly) Finally 15 minutes later the waitress arrived, but was very unknowledgeable about the menu and the food in general - ok fine, it's the first day after all.. Still no dinnerware or utensils though. We ordered a bar snack - fried chicken, beef tartar - under starters for 2, braised duck breast with crispy skin and risotto - also for 2, nigiri selection and a spicy tuna sushi roll. At 7:38 another waitress came to our table ready to take our orders, not being aware who's already dealt with and as it'd be normal for someone to sit and wait for 38 minutes - which became more understandable later on. Starving and irritated, finally 54 minutes after our arrival our first dish arrived - the tartar for 2.. Only with just one plate and we still didn't have any dinnerware or utensils. Not one of the better tartars I've had but at least finally it was a very tiny amount of food I could eat. An hour and 4 minutes after our arrival we were finally presented the bar snack and the nigiri selection. This all arrived without eating utensils or soy sauce, which after waiting 10 minutes I had to walk in and go ask for myself. Lucky for me a few minutes after the sushi, the crispy skin duck was served which I got to nibble on, but it was missing the crispy skin. When the soy sauce was brought to us, I told the waitress about the missing crispy skin, she didn't know about but took away my dish to show the kitchen - fine I guess. Regarding the nigiris, she wouldn't tell us what they were so no idea what we were eating. After we had eaten the nigiris and the fried chicken, another waitress came and cleaned up our table from all the dishes, while we had yet the sushi roll to receive and also get my risotto duck back. Finally an hour and a half after our arrival the sushi roll arrived - but now we no longer had the plates to eat them on, but weren't bothered to wait and see if anything would be done regarding that, so ate straight off the serving plate, nothing did - so we were correct to. (The sushi rice was warm) Shortly after that I receved my half eaten risotto and duck back, 15 minutes after it was taken away - but this time with some burnt crumbs of crackling sprinkled on it and the risotto had the rice starch film formed on it - I was starving, so I ate it anyways after of course waiting for a fork to be brought to me, as we didn't have anything to eat with anymore.. I really would've liked to order more things as it was clear to me I'm going to be hungry after this, but by the time I realized this - I had no faith in receiving anything in a timely manner - so we went back home to eat. Also the tartar was listed under the "starters for 2" 9€ menu, but on the bill it was 12€ - just something I noticed but didn't care enough about to get fixed, as I was set on getting out fast. The only way to get servers attention is to walk in and ask for it. And no, there weren't that many people to deal with to justify so many mistakes and issues.. I will however give them another try once they've had the chance to settle in - but I will not be bringing an empty stomach.

Waitress was horrible and rude, 30% of the menu wasn’t available and food was sub-par. I’ll give my complaints in the order they happened: 1. Music was so loud it was hard to consentrate on reading the menu even tho we asked if it could be turned down a just little bit TWICE. 2. Waitress did not inform us about what is currently available and what is not. When we started ordering, she informed us that about 30% of the food in the menu isn’t currently available because it ran out yesterday no one has had time to order more. 3. 5 out of 6 starter dishes were brought to the table after main course and they got one main wrong. (Ordered tuna sushi, got salmon). Essentially we had 11 separate dishes on the table at once. They explained that it is because cold and hot plates come from different sides of the kitchen and it is too complex for them so synchronize these 2 sides. 4. Pulled pork taco was not pulled pork but dry pork cubes instead. 5. Beef burger was served cold so I sent it back. When it came back, only bread was warm, beef still cold. 6. Sushi was good, so we ordered 2 more portions but only received one and when we asked about the other one, they had no answer and said that it will be put into making ASAP. Still had to wait extra 20 minutes. 7. Waitress made rude comments when she thought she was out of hearing distance, however she wasn’t. Called us “nuisance” and needlessly picky when we started leaving.

Too bad I didn’t pay attention to other reviews. This place is really not worth of your attention. Food is mediocre, tuna really bad (I tried two different dishes, both were bad, I didn’t even finish one and told waitress about that, but stil they charged me for that), salmon also not good, only wagyu beef was pretty good. Service also not the best. And totally overpriced for what you get! Next day we paid less in Bordoo restaurant (with excellent fine dining experience)

Slow service, oblivious waitresses, expensive coffee (3.20€ americano), coffee cups don't have handles. Waitresses don't know menu - when asked what am item is, they did "haven't tried this". Would not come again.

The one and only time i visited, it was terrible service. i was even as a result to that i picked the wrong food from their menu. Why does one wine glass arrive in 10min and the second one in 30min? And not much to do with Japanese food. Perhaps some way the idea of it is used.

Had the 7 course Omakase. Really good food and service. Highly recommend. Great wine pairing, and knowledgable sommeliers. The cocktail bar also makes amazing cocktails, stayed until late.

Where to start. I tried Noya out on a whim and I couldn't be happier. Right off the bat the service was excellent. I booked a table by telephone and arrived in time for dinner. The restaurant was at medium capacity and felt lively by the time I and my companion arrived. We were directed to our table and immediately serviced. I attached a few pictures of the various dishes I tried and to sum it up - the tastes were amazing. Each dish I had was unique in some way and full of a rich array of tastes. I was surprised by how fast our orders arrived, how professional and knowledgeable the service was. Everyone was max level: the cooks with the food, waitress with excellent recommendations. The absolute savage legend drink master that mixed some of the best cocktails I've had the pleasure to sip on recent times. I was initially slightly confused by the menu as it had a lot of items to choose between but as usual I relied on the waiter/waitress to suggest and introduce the best. Thank you for the memories.
