    There are not many viewing hills in the Baltics, so enjoy each of the ones you find. And certainly do not miss this one with a splendid vista to the city nad the harbour. REgardless the full tourist season, you can make a spectacular photos (beware of the Asian travelling groups who love the place so much that you will not stand a chance and will need to return in an hour for your snap). A night vista is also very rewarding.

    Great view over Tallinn, as well as at the other two viewing points that are also nearby! It's absolutely worth visiting all 3. Here is the view to the west.
