DO NOT STAY HERE! I have been travelling for more than 15 years and I received the worse customer service from this place. Many damages in the apartments! They refused to fix anything but asked you to adapt. Do NOT believe any of their marketing materials. The staffs are highly unprofessional, they do NOT accept any negative feedback and call you rude. This is the most honest feedback and painful personal experience. If you are looking for a pleasant trip and accommodation, DO NOT BOOK OLDHOUSE APARTMENTS!

This hotel is a fraud. They will ask your credit card numbers, and if you make any noice between 11pm to 7am, they will charge from your card 500€ and won't return the money.

Käyttävät parhaita kuvia huoneistoistaan, joten varausta tehdessä luulee ostavansa muuta kuin mitä todellisuudessa saa. Tämä siis tilanne 2.11.2019. Soitin heille varmuuden vuoksi huomattuani, että huoneiston kuvissa (jota olin varaamassa) oli useita makuuhuoneita ja halusin varmistua, mitkä kuvat ovat ne oikeat kuvat. Kun sanoin, että he eivät voi johtaa asiakkaita harhaan markkinoimalla väärillä kuvilla vapaita huoneistoja, eivät myöntäneet virhettään vaan löivät luurin korvaan. Kuvista et siis voi päätellä yhtään mitään siitä, mitä tulet saamaan!

This address is for the main office, not your actual apartment. Staff allowed us to store bags on arrival and departure. Free glass of wine on check in. Beautiful apartment. We were on Lai, 26 or 30.

CHeck-in oli hyvä ja myös sijainti, siinä kaikki! Heti ensimmäisessä päivässä tulivat kaikki ongelmat esiin. 1. Amme vuotaa, koko lattia ihan märkä, piti siivota lomalla. Telkkarissa ensin ei edes saatu päälle kanavat, ei ollu mitään ohjeita, kutsuttiin henkilökunta auttamaan, hän sai sen toimimaan niin, että toimisi vain yksi kanava EUROSPORT, yes KIVA. No hän tuli uudestaan, sai taas yhden toisen kanavan toimimaan (ei onnistunut vaihtamaan mihinkään muuhun) lupasi että huomenna joku tulee korjamaan. No ei sitten kukaan tullut huomenna eikä seuraavana päivänä, puhelimeen ei vastataan ollenkaan, check-in tiski on suljettu. Eli siis jos jotain olisi tapahtunut, kukaan ei auttaisi ollenkaan. Maksettiin reilu 200e/yö, ja semmosta meininkiä. En suosittelen kenellekkään.

unfortunately the cleanliness of the place was not up to par, which I think is very important. There was a dirty handkerchief between the pillows on the main bed as well as a dirty fork in the cutlery drawer, eventhough the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and the cleaning fee is 40 euros for the economy apartment . The shower is pretty inconvenient as well (no shower curtain, and low water pressure) . Apart from that the experience was quiet good (the location being the highlight of this accommodation) .

Everything was perfect and very kind ladies at the reception. Big thanks for very good stay here.

Apartment on Kinga was starting to look worn. Only three dining chairs for 4 adults (told reception and another chair came the next day). One smoke detector was beeping that it needed the battery changed, told reception and someone came and removed the battery - no more beeping!

Suites were located around different buildings in the old town area. We rented a flat with private sauna and it was very spacious with a large living room and kitchen.

Our apartment was very good and it had all we needed. Service was friendly! I highly recomend this place!

Really good experience, i've been for a few days and the apartment near tallinn's fountain and it was wonderful and comfortable. Maybe the best choise for price and reliability.

Siisti kämppä, sopii hyvin isolle porukalle. Saunassakin sai hyvät löylyt. Miinuksena, että huoneiston kaukosäädin oli viety, eikä kanavia pystynyt vaihtamaan telkkarista.
