Nobody said that they dont have nuggets and we just had to wait. Nobody said they are sorry about the delay (next 12 orders were completed) and when the food came the fries were underdone and burger was cold…. Very disappointed

Drive in microphone still broken after 1 year. Drive in Menu is displayd on a4 paper. Manager guy was super rude. When I told him about broken and noisy microphone he's told me to not come there again. So be it! Rocalmare McDonald's - not recommend.

Takes very long time to get the order, even when there are not many orders. Tip of the iceberg was service today...when I went to get my order, the order worker came to me and asked me if I made pictures, because I was holding my phone in front of me...even the other worker there asked from the first one: "seriously?" Well, it seems like if you are ever going to McDonald's you can't use your phone, because they will accuse you for filming and taking pictures, even when you're not. Anyways..do not recommend going to Rocca al Mare McDonald's

Overall it's good peace to visit. The place is very clean, one of the cleanest places I've been to, good job with that! It does look like it's been recently renovated as it's modern and nice places to be at. Food is ok, the new Big mac BLT wasn't that impressive, chicken nuggets were ok with sauce. Mc Flurry is always great. I do have some complaints about staff not wearing face masks properly. Literally not a single staff member had a mask covering both their mouth and nose, making masks basically useless! I know masks are not something I would want to wear all the time as they are not convenient , but it protects you and your customers!

Just an ordinary McDonalds canteen. Nothing special, just some junkfood. Edit: 3 to 1 star rating. Ordered double Big Tasty (the only item in order) and received just an ordinary one. It is not the first time I get not what I ordered. And again! Dry burgers, with wrong cutlet. Drink was cola and i got cola colored water with no taste! Added 1 more star because of customer service. Support team reacted on my claim and promised reclamation.

McDonald's can sometimes be hit or miss. Personally I like my hamburger 🍔 hot🔥, french fries too 🍟. Today they were just lukewarm and that makes the fries limp and soggy. We came at an off peak time, so I assume my food had been laying around for some time. Hope they get it right next time.

Better big Mac and Oreo flurry than we get in the UK!

Ordered a Deluxe chicken burger but insted got a meat burger. The meat seemed to be undercooked and very raw which also gave me a huge stomach ache few hours after i ate it. The salad that was put between the burger was also more outside the burger then actually between the buns. There were not many orders during the time i went there but still had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get my order.

place was clean , food was ready in an instant, of course its mcdonalds and not super healthy , but this place was on top of its game.

Renovation of facilities would be a good starting point
