Lovely place which I visited on the route from Katra to Shiv Khori. Calm and peaceful place. There is a small shrine which is temporarily closed. The river Chenab is nearby. I was reliably informed that the waterfall, which was a mere trickle when I saw it on 1/3/21, flows majestically from May - October. Whitewater rafting is also available here during certain seasons.

Sorry to say, but on visiting this natural beautiful place I feel shamed on our Jammu tourism department as they stop taking bath under the fall which is falling from ~100ft height. The place is clean and well maintain but they should also allow bath under fall. Most of the tourist get upset after reaching there. Otherwise I love the place, the water coming in fall and nearby places is clean. Beautiful scenic place due to Salal Dam

Must visited place after darshan of Vaishno Devi and way to Shiv Khodi. One of the beautiful water fall I have ever seen. Unfortunately you can't take bath or so called shower due to not allowed in main pond as it's inside the temple. Main temple is naturally build and having a spiritual aura.

Amazing waterfall with amazing placement of temple just below the waterfall. Equally amazing is its history which the local religious heads there will tell you in detail if you want to know. It has lot of devotees following. It is believed that "your noble wishes will be fulfilled here if you pray for it". Great place for outing with family and kids. Kids can enjoy a splash is the shallow waters of the waterfall.

The place is worth a visit. …Once. While the height of the waterfall is impressive, the water content is less, even in monsoon. Small temple with a very motivated and graceful priestess. May God bless everyone.

Visited in 2017 I think. Once a nice - thin - tall waterfall. Was open for bath in the pond just underneath. Now banned bathing due to accident which killed many.

Loved this place and too nice waterfall

A good place to chill but the waterfall is not worth seeing at all. There’s not enough water flowing, it looks like almost dried out. Although you can go down from the right side of the temple where a stream flows, it has more water than the waterfall itself. You can check the same in the images.

It was amazing Jai Baba Sihad Ji... but after the incident of lanslide in july 2018... it was prohibited to go near the waterfall... However tourist can take bath in the stream coming from the other side with fresh and clear water.
