One of the best continental restaurants in the city of Tamale. Lovely people working there and I really love their services. I also love their cat fish point and grill.

A favorite of most expats in Tamale. Great Indian food, good pizza and a nice selection of Ghanaian cuisine. Their samosas are the best in town. Spicy dishes are VERY spicy so beware! Dishes that say they have "butter" (like butter chicken) actually use a margarine (like Blue Band) and it ruins the taste.

Not like other Indian food I have had, but extremely good. Also has a lot of non-indian options (although I recommend chicken korma and lemon rice)

The place looks a bit run down with no cushions on many of the woden seats. Food was good. Mosquitoes bit me a little. :( There were very few customers for lunchtime..maybe it picks up in the evening

Swad Fast Food is a favorite restaurant when we are in the Tamale area of Ghana. They have a wide variety of dishes, great service and restful dining experience.

An africanised Indian menu prepared by an Indian chef. This used to be the place preferred by foreign workers but it has suffered in recent years due to increased competition. Nevertheless it remains one of my regular haunts went I pass through Tamale.

Best food in Tamale. Authentic Indian food served on an outdoor patio. Very reasonable prices with a selection of alcoholic and mineral drinks available. Complimentary mosquito coils available upon request save the day while dining outdoors.

Lovely Guinea fowl and fried rice. Generous portions. Tilapia looked good too. Lovely shady areas to sit. Good Ghanaian beer. Service laid back, but it was a laid back Sunday.

Worst indian food eated ever in my life, belongs to swad restaurant tamale.....all food is full of artifical colours....naan also is worst burned and used very law quality of flour added more sugar in nAAN...wast of money
