Nice and comfortable environment. Good food plus Wi-Fi access. And no need to come along with an iron 😅

This hotel is very price friendly with relation to everything they have there, food, drinks, etc. I'm yet to see their rooms, so 🤐 for now They have an elevator that takes you up to the 6th floor, where you will find their cool pool open to the skies and their beautiful surroundings. They've got a bunch of beverages to choose from. Anytime I'm in Tamale, I spend most of my weekends here. I love it, and I know you will. Visit them 👌

I had the pleasure of staying at NAH for about two weeks as I was in the area for work. There's certainly a lot more positive than negative to say about the hotel: 1. The service is great. 5 stars without a doubt! Everyone greets you with a smile, the concierge is always there to help, the restaurant staff are always welcoming. 2. The room was relatively spacious. The minibar was great for storing my mangoes. There's a TV, though, for half of my stay it was just circling through promos (as if they hadn't paid the bill). The shower water pressure was nice, though the water never really got hot no matter how far in advance you turn the heater on (including overnight). The a/c functioned very well, and the bed was relatively (not overly) comfortable. 3. The swimming pool looked nice, though i never tried it 4. The menu in the dining room is quite extensive, with a range of local options and a few non-local ones. There wasn't a meal that i didn't enjoy, though they took entirely too long to prepare. And breakfast had a staple of omelet and bread, and rotated a rice dish, sautéed veggies, sausage and always two different kinds of porridge. Rotating through breakfast options kept it interesting for someone like me staying 2 weeks.

Used only the conference facility. Did not sleep there. There is a conference hall with breakout rooms. It's a neat environment. Although the food is good but they need to improve on the food services.

The only thing remarkable about Nim Avenue hotel will be the beautiful view of tamale from their 6th floor, but that does not guarantee you a good service in what can be the most prestigious location in Tamale. So much potential, dimmed by unprofessional staff who actually welcome you with a frown and talk to you as if they are forced to sit behind the front desk. Well that doesn’t bother me more than my salad order that took over an hour to make and my other orders they didn’t send to the kitchen, with the excuse that they didn’t hear me even though i repeated it 3 times. Its okay, for a waiter to forget an order, last time something like this happened to me at East End Bistro in Accra, the professionalism with which the manager handled it, keeps us going back there. I tried to reach the manager to drop this review, i wanted to make sure i wasn’t speaking to the front desk. The guy at the end of the line told me he doesn’t have time to explain himself to me, if I won’t say what I want, I should hold my peace (he was the same person from last night, How can i complain to you about you 🤦🏾‍♀️). Is it that Nim Avenue doesn’t take feedback too? I was thinking it’s just their restaurant until an upset customer charged out claiming his room was flooded and the staff he complained to was “laughing” at him (that’s absurd 🤦🏾‍♀️). But Still, if you are just going in for the view, that’s okay. But i walked in hungry and walked out hungry. I was there for the food not view, isn’t that why restaurants exist? 🤦🏾‍♀️😊

Not recommended; After me and my friend had already made a reservation the day before, and after we arrived at the hotel and made a payment for one room (450 cedis! as of 2023), we were confronted with some strange sort of 'rule' that they will not accommodate two *males* in the same room (while male+female in one room is ok). We were asked to pay for a second room! After waiting and negotiations, we were able to receive a refund for our room and moved to the GIDI lodge, with a clean well-equipped room, right in the centre, for half the price.

A bit of improvement in attitudes of some staff would make the place wonderful. As for the rooms, they were super!

Comfortable and spacious rooms, very neat with a serene environment. Restaurant on a top floor with open space on the side gives a great view of the community. Their breakfasts are great, giving you a combination of local and international cuisine options. Room facilities are in perfect conditions with comfortable beds. Irons are provided in the rooms so no need to worry about getting all your clothes ironed before coming. They have a lift to convey you to any floor. They've a great customer service.

I like their roof top restaurant. Awesome view. Overall it’s a good place to stay in Tamale but I believe the service can be improved.

Though the hotel has a Serene atmosphere, the internet connectivity is too terrible! We had a workshop there last year on Students Information System, we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi there.

Rooms 3/5 Rooms are just fine. A little pricier than hotels in Accra and Kumasi but every thing was function. My room had a safe although I couldn’t use it because it was locked. Towels and sheets looked really used and perhaps need to be replaced / changed. There was no mirror in my room. Service- 1/5 Damaged window nettings so I couldn’t open my windows. I was charged (ghs20) for ordering for a drink in my room. (Room service charge) I confronted the manager about my bill and to my surprise she tried to justify this charge. The manager -portia, explained that it is a hotel policy!! ‘ you know we have a restaurant if you want to have your food in your room, you have to pay for it… “ at this point I was convinced she was a wrong person to be speaking with. But I engaged her further to ask her if I am still expected to give a tip for the service I get from the staff? “no, we don’t encourage tipping because it reduces the quality of work they do.” I was convince this manager has no experience in personnel manager or hospitality. I walked away from her but not before I told her that her front desk personnel were the people who made my stay in the hotel enjoyable. And so tipping them would be a form of appreciation out of courtesy. 2. I had problems paying with my debit card. All the 2 machines they had would just not work. 3. Buffet breakfast as promised didn’t exactly meet my expectation. Beds were very comfortable. Location 3/5 I love the location. It’s very close to town and the community is serene.

Nice hotel with neat rooms and services. Small compound is their downside. They also have conference facilities, it's a good place to organize your programs in Tamale

The rooms are neat and the staff are very friendly and make your stay welcoming. The challenge during my stay was that management organized a staff end of year party on the hotel premises with very loud music. Complaints to reduce the volume of the music fell on deaf ears. There was no prior notice to us hotel guests that such was the plan for the night. Also due to the said party the kitchen staff did not prepare any food for the restaurant that night. There was no prior notice of this as well for guests to plan for the night. Returned from work to réalisé all this was taking place. Marred my hotel experience

Bad food and service. We waited for more than an hour for just yam chips. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 The waiter also for got our order. We ordered yam chips and spicy gizzard. We ended up getting only the yam chips (which was tasteless)
