Spacious and good prices for commodities.

The items sold there a very attractive and pleasant to the eye, excellent exhibition and a whole lot of things sold in there. Even though prices are risings significantly, you may still get something to buy. 💯

Shopping experience was quite okay. The place was not well ventilated. Again, I couldn't get butter from this branch.

Most of the women at the counter are rude to customers. Customer service is includes smiling and they don't smile.

It's within town center and is very easy to locate. I think management would have to look into relocating to a more spacious environment were more available parking space can be provided for shoppers.

It's a very nice, cool and memorable place to be when you are in Tamale and you want a supermarket to do your shopping. It has all the variety of things you need for yourself and family.

This place intentionally rips people off. The items are one price on the shelf and rings up a higher price at the register. When you check them on it they come up with lie after lie. Watch yourself in that store.

Is a larger shopping center in Tamale and the customer service good too.

Nice place with a lot of quality goods

Melcom is a wonderful place to get most of the products you need, want and like. But their customer service care to me personally at Tamale brach is very poor. I do appreciate the pioneers of this market system. Thank you.

Melcom remains one of the largest supermarkets in Ghana. However, with ever soaring inflation in Ghana, prices of goods have gone through the roof. Their prices have increased more than 300%. We can't afford their products

It's a red building by the road, a few meters from the roundabout under the newly constructed overheard road. It's a busy place, you'll have to pack by the road side if have a motorcycle or car.

Melcom doesn't need a review, does it? Over the years, Melcom has made a brand of itself in the Ghanaian setting by bringing shopping at the lowest possible prices to their customers across the country. There's no city in Ghana where you wouldn't find a Melcom shopping mall. For this, I say thumbs up 👍 for all you do.

Easily accessible and has a lot of stuff

On a busy day, you spend lots of time to be served. Affordable products tho.

The place cool

From household electronics to groceries, they've got it all. It's not ShopRite so don't expect to get fresh produce. The layout is quite simple so getting lost during shopping isn't an issue. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance, hawkers roam freely on busy days so the entrance can get quite crowded. Staff can be quite helpful if not confused. Don't forget to grab a nose mask when visiting.

Melcom Tamale Branch is the best shopping center here in Tamale. I went there this morning with my friend to buy some cutlery and other stuff. The workers there were so nice and give directions to customers just to make shopping easier for you. I really enjoyed shopping there, it's a shame I forgot to take pictures but I will surely do so the next time I visit Melcom.
