I think the best thing about this place is also the one thing that hurts it... in a way, Which is it's location. The location is good, as a matter fact very good in terms of convenience and accessibility in that it is very easy to locate and also so easy to move around from there and get access to other places of importance and convenience without having to move too far, at the same time if not for where it is located I feel the place would have been more quite, and peaceful, and serene and... Don't get me wrong it's not that noisy, hell pretty ok when you're indoors, the little issue is the outside when the cars passing and honking... you get what I mean? Well I I should add that it depends on which part of the compound you are right... I mean it doesn't have to be an issue, at all! Me, I'm just sharing what I noticed, and felt, anywaysI guess Tamale is becoming more and more urban so it's a good thing I suppose, unless you're really very far away from town you're just going to have to deal with a little town noise here and there. TICCS library is one of the most quite places in town for personal studies and reference materials in different cultures. Those materials are awesome and nutritious to body and mind.

We selected this place because it was supposed to have one of the nicest eateries in town, unfortunately they weren't serving dinner on the day we were there. Also no breakfast the morning after. Other than that the place was fine decent rooms and some nice gardens outside.

Quiet, budget place to stay in Tamale. I stayed here a few times from 2018- 2019. Quiet, spacious, leafy-green compound that is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Tamale. Rooms are functional, nothing noteworthy: bed, ceiling fan, unheated shower, flush toilet, mini-fridge. Service isn't great: I had a light switch break once and it took hours for them to fix it. Free breakfast of eggs, toast and coffee. Really cool jungle bar with 2nd story terrace.
