ATM has worked with my MasterCard 100% of the time. Three cash machines available so long queues are never an issue.

The banking Hall is very big. However there is a bit of lack of organization for those that came to do business sitting and waiting for their turn to be attended too. I believe maybe a guide is supposed to meet you at the entrance, ask what you intend to do and direct you to the appropriate place to sit and maybe wait for your turn of there is a queue.

I think the national team is great but this particular branch was terrible when I visited. I travelled a 104km to get a credit card and also verify my account on request by the head office in mid 2020 they asked me to wait while they get the card, after wasting my whole day, I was told to go and return another day (the national agent who called said it was instant). Well, it's 2021 and I think the documents I submitted has not been processed since I can't still withdraw from my account. If I could give 'half star', I would & I'm never visiting them ever again!!

I don't know what is wrong with them, I went there and filled a form to create an account. They took my money and ask me to go I will see a message alwrtual me of my account number. Over a month now I have not seen it and when I call. They don't pick up
