23 April 2023. Good products but there's no good store operations system. All messy. Took 1 hour to just buy a pair of shoes. Shoes are lined up to show payment queue. And one lady doing cashier with a phone. Bad shopping experience!

I have lot of expectation on the shop since they dun have an official shop in Hong Kong. We have been told to wait 20-30 mins coz the traffic is high on 2/f, the shoes area. The e sales lady super nice and apologised many time for our waiting. But the horrible thing is when you get to the 2/f floor. The salesmen there are rude and impolite. Especially the tallest uncle who were wearing glasses. Keep pushing to pay and asking me is that all I need? And the weird thing is the products dun have a price tag on it and I asked y? They said they dun know. 😂

The wait can be super long, but this place offers the most options in terms of size and style. The service is excellent, and the building itself is nice.

The queue is quite ridiculous. We queued up at around 10:45 and got in at 11:40. Before the opening an employee brought a signage that said it's not advisable to queue before the opening but didn't really disperse us or gave alternatives. Then when the store opened, an employee told us that we should've listened to the other employee. I don't know why he told us that as if we had any other choice. Also he said something in Japanese and brought in around 5 people from the middle of the queue to enter. I don't know what's that about. Having said that, once inside, the employees that assisted us are very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Almost 2 hours line up from what I can see and everyone just wanted to get in and grab something. Not knowing if it's something they'll truly like. Service team seems friendly though.

Always a long queue outside the store… love the ON store…. Impressive to see the full range of ON shoes displayed on the rack! Just so amazing 🤩 Loving it… new arrival of the Limited Edition collection arrived on the day i visited and that pair belongs to me now 🤣

When I came earlier in Spring this year, there was no queue. But now there is a long queue to get in, even on weekday morning as there were many tourists. If you queue from the 2nd floor on the stairs, it will take around an hour to enter. I highly recommend you try your size and model elsewhere in malls/retail sports outlet and buy there. Only come to flagship store if they do not have the size/colour that you want. You can also visit their official Japanese online store to shortlist the models/colours beforehand so it is more efficient.

super long wait! but anyways, i have to say that the products were so little and it’s supposed to be a flagship store?? and most of the display shoes were out of stock in so many sizes. on service, female workers were great and really helpful! they provided tons of information and were very efficient. male workers on floor 1 were also good. however, male workers on floor 2 were hmm. we wanted shoes that were meant for running to use as casual shoes, and instead of explaining why it wasn’t advised to use it that way (but most people use it casually anyway) they continue to insist and basically imply that we couldn’t buy these shoes at all. they were also quite rude.

This is their flagship store at harajuku/shibuya and you will find a great range of shoes selection here. Prices compared to singapore is relatively cheaper here too. Recommend to go earlier as you should expect to join a queue to enter.

I had such a positive experience at the On Store today. I read the reviews before heading there so I anticipated a really long queue. We were able to get in the store in about 30 minutes when we went around 3 pm. All of the sales associates were really helpful and nice. They were quick to get shoes ready to try on for size. First, you queue to get in the store, then you go to the second floor to try on sizes for shoes, lastly you queue up again to pay for the products you want. They had the shoes that we wanted in stock in our size. Once we were able to pick the correct size and shoe type, they brought up the product to try on one last time before check out. We walked away with a new pair of hiking boots and some slip on shoes. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d go again.

Waited for an hour plus outside, and another 30 mins + inside before being able to go up to the second floor. They served the customer after us as well before us. Agreed with other reviewers system is really bad to wait for such a long time. Most of the items were out of stock. Staff were friendly when we were inside but to wait that long, even when we entered again, and even for payment is really not a pleasant experience overall. 2 hours plus (almost 3) at this place. Had to buy something just to feel it was worth the trip and wait.
