😠 Absolutely disgusting. Do not go. I basically paid 15€ to be sad and depressed. All the animals were chained to metal cages with absolutely nothing inside. Never being let out. Absolutely disgusting. Do not go. I basically paid 15€ to be sad and depressed. All the animals were chained to metal cages with absolutely nothing inside. Never being let out. Animals showed disturbing behaviour from being chained for so long. Very exotic animals for which you only feel sad once you enter. After asking if they ever let them out or at least get something to play with I was laughed at and told that animals don’t need such things. Nothing to do with other animal cafes. Pure sadness. Should be closed straight away. Once again, do not go.

DO NOT GO!!! This is animal abuse. We mistakenly went here thinking it was a different cafe. They have wild animals including sloths and sand cats chained up in small cages in torture conditions. The place smelled horrible and the air conditioner in the ceiling was leaky into buckets. This place is a nightmare.

ANIMAL ABUSE I was mortified that I participated in this business. I was told BY A STAFF MEMBER that the owls do not go anywhere. They are CHAINED UP all of the time (apart from photos and going downstairs for advertising outside). I was digusted, I felt ashamed and I left immediately feeling sick that I contributed to their hell.

Don't go there!! Felt like animal abuse, left us sad and pitiful. Pictures can be misleading, cause on some it actually looks like a nice cafe, but we were just offered canned drinks from a little fridge. But still seeing the animals was the worst Part.

Disgusting and depressing place, DON'T GO THERE! Owls are kept chained up all day with no room to move, and kept in the same small room with other exotic species like sloths, Fennec fox etc, they all showed signs of distress. Cross contamination of diseases can also happen. I regretted supporting this disgusting establishment! Probably illegal , considering what animal welfare laws are in Japan.
