Just dropped by for a night walk and was greeted with a simple illumination. Not as grand as compared to others but will definitely be enjoyed by kids.

The view from the tower is amazing. It's time for Sakura's to blossom so it gets more beautiful. I also ate cake and drank coffee at the cafe on top of the tower. It was so delicious. If you're around, definitely visit!

Depending on the day that you visit, you might be able to catch really good illumination set-ups. On normal days, the park is good for casual walks. Kids will love the place.

A huge park with a tall observatory tower. The visit to the top observatory deck is not free but it is worth it especially if you go around the late afternoon when you can enjoy the sunset and the early night view of the surrounding. At certain time during the year, part of the park has evening light-up event and is usually free. The carpark can get crowded but it is also free

For the sake of children's education and physical fitness, they should be able to enter for free using the stairs.

Great place to just come and relax. Sometimes there is live music in the amphitheater. The grass there is comfortable to sit without needing a blanket or chair.

I've visited Ichinomiya many times but never stopped at this park. This last visit, we made it there with the help of a local friend. It was a wonderful spring day. The flowers and view were incredible.

The view was great !!! I came here for the cherry blossoms and this park got toilets, vending machines and some food stalls . Got myself a takoyaki and enjoyed my afternoon there ! Would recommend the driveway nearby for the best view !

We didn't really check the park, we just got up the tower which provides a great 360 view of the area. On a clear day you can see Hakuba, on a windy day the tower sways which is a weird experience. Be careful there are two Kiso sansen parks, one is near Yatomi/Tsushima which has small tower but a bigger park and this one in ichinomiya city . Parking is free, which is really nice

I recommend a visit to the top the tower, from where you can have a coffee and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The night view is also beautiful. During the spring hundreds of cherry trees bloom in the area and offer a beautiful landscape. Reserve some time to walk slowly along the street and take lots of pictures. The access to the park is possible by using the public transportation, departing from Ichinomiya station.

Restaurant at the base offers great value ramen, curry and typical regional fishes such as Ichinomiya dotte don. It cost 500 yen to go on top of the tower.
