私が行ったばりきやの中で一番良かった。その前に前橋店の店員態度が最悪だったので、反動で余計そう感じたのかもしれないが‥。
まず店員さん全員の接客姿勢が丁寧機敏でフロアから店長、レジ打ち迄全て客に気が向いており、直ぐに対応してくれる。
当たり前の事かもしれないが、真逆のばりきやを体験してるとより安心する。
店内も綺麗で、何よりも他店では高菜がお願いしないと出てこなかったり、有料だったりするがコチラは最初から置いてあり、そんな所にも好印象を覚えてしまう。
肝心の味の方も申し分なく、オリジナルメニュー等もあり食べてみたいと思ったが、ばりこて麺が好きすぎて他のメニューに手が出せないのがツラい。
とにかく人の違い、姿勢の違いが全てに影響する事を改めて感じてしまう。
