This iris garden uses an old irrigation canal called Onnabori. The best time to see them is around June 10th. Parking lot costs 500 yen. Admission to the irises garden is free.

6月4日に行きました。来週あたり見頃でしょう。 車椅子、ベビーカーには優しく無いと、思います。南側駐車場からスロープが近いかな。駐車場代500円です。 日傘は有ったほうが良いそうです。 上武国道17号から華蔵寺公園北を赤城方面に曲がると分かりやすいです。

2023.6.20　[Akabori Hanashobuen] According to the Isesaki City website, there are 25,000 irises, and although the best time to see them has passed, the surrounding hydrangeas and the irises in the moat were beautiful. There is a larger parking lot to the east of the center of the Iris Garden, and a smaller parking lot to the east of Amemiya Seisakusho, south of the Iris Garden, and both are free. There are walking trails and bridges within the park, but the stairs, steps, and rickety roads make it difficult for wheelchair users. It is possible to view it from the road above, but it can be dangerous if it is crowded. It's a shame because if the west side had been improved, I could have seen colorful irises in the shade. However, it was nice to be able to see the refreshing irises and hydrangeas for free in the cool morning hours. The surrounding cherry blossoms are also magnificent, so I would like to come back during the cherry blossom season and when the irises are fresh. The parking lot also had a toilet, which was helpful.

I went there in June. Not fully bloomed yet but enjoyed beautiful iris flowers. There were several varieties of iris in this garden, all of them were so pretty.

6/5に行ってきました 昨年と比べると開花が遅れているようです 園内は歩く箇所も昨年よりきちんと整備され足元もしっかりしているので多少の雨でも大丈夫だとおもいます

花菖蒲がとても綺麗に咲いていました。ちょうど見頃です😆🎵🎵面積もかなり広がっていて散歩するのにはちょうど良いです。ただ、駐車場がちょっと混みます。
