    The staff here are generally quick and helpful, but beware the awful return policy. They won’t let you return any opened product, even if it’s defective, with original packaging and receipt. Terrible!

    It wasn’t that big like other but yes, having as many options like ks denki or yamada denki. And moreover the staff is really good, they kept roaming around customers to reach them within sec👍

    They don’t carry 2nd hand cameras or lenses m. But worst was one of the staff. Followed me around the store like I was suspicious. I finally asked him if he thought I was going to steal something and he walked away. Sometimes being a foreigner in this country is tough.

    The customer service here is something out of this world. Never have I had a sales rep go through so much info with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for my phone and home internet. I walked out of there happy and well serviced. Chigira-san is amazing!

    Really narrow shop but has enough variety of products to find anything you like among electronics, also there is a small slot with alcohol beverages.
