I wish they had a bigger parking place. Shopping here is enjoyable, but the building is rather old and they close very early at seven p.m.

I usually go to the basement shopping area, which has a variety of stands and options for food gifts such as senbei, chocolates and such. I generally go here if I want something 'fancy' but there are reasonably-priced gifts if you want something that looks fancy without breaking the bank.

I would say only the cycle park space. There are two rates to park the cycle. One is low rate and then other one is high. If you use the shopping centre, you should use the park space with the high rate and if you do not use the shopping centre, you could use the space with the low rate. However there is no check to use the space, it means you can use the park space with low rate even though you bought something at the shopping centre, therefore I want to strongly remonstrate the shopping centre that the shopping centre must be set the rate to even price. Everyone have been trying to use the space with low rate.

Probably the most decent department store in downtown Takasaki. The food section is small but sells many local specialties of Gunma Prefecture. All the other floors (clothing, etc) are limited in selection, which is typical for mid-sized city department store in Japan). Since Tokyo is only under an hour via Shinkansen, and an hour and 40 min via local train, it is better to travel to Tokyo for better department store experience.

Extremely expensive department store. It has been slightly renovated and now has new shops to compete with OPA next door.
