Dr.Perumal is well known for his reputation. I admire him the most, personally and professionally as well. The way he handles the patients and providing the exact medication for quick recovery was commendable. I would strongly recommend to everyone with whatever skin disorders, he should be the one you can prefer first. My mom had suffering with cracked heels at it's worst. Just with two sittings she is completely cured now. I should really thank him for that.🙏✌️

I have consulted Dr Perumal for my wife's skin treatment. She was having skin issues for last 1 year, we have consulted many leading dermatologists nearby us but nothing worked out. Later we approached Dr Perumal in TMC clinic We have undergone for 8 sittings (Every two weeks) and the skin problem is completed cured with medicines and ointment. I have given 5 stars based on doctors treatment. Suggestion to TMC: But pertaining to Consultation fee and medicines cost I would rate only 3. I want to suggest If a new patient coming they can charge 100% of consultation fee, if they are coming for 2nd or 3rd and so on sittings they can reduce the consultation fee around 50-60% that would save some amount of towards patients expenditure. Or else they can bring a new fee structure format, if a patient paid 100% fee for all 8 sittings properly without any break, on completion of 8th sitting they can refund some % of fee amount to patient as good gesture on account of completing all sittings properly. Because whenever we visit every two weeks the Dr provides same medicines with different brand/companies only and for that why we should spend 100% consultation fee everytime and why we should spend time and effort to travel every 2 weeks. To conclude I do not have issues with Dr Perumal's treatment, he is a go to person for any skin related issues. I was disappointed only because of this Fee structure and medical expenditure (may be the process followed by TMC).

My mother is a diabetic patient and she had severe fungal infections over thighs region and back. We tried treatment from medical shops which showed mild improvement. But it was not completely going. Doctor was very good person who took all my worries away and I went for the procedure without delay. Took an appointment with this doctor due to 4.9 ratings. But it appears, they must have been paid fake reviews. My Experience: I went to this doctor for one of my skin condition. He barely took a minute to observe, ask about the issue and provide the consultation all within that minute. 500+registration charges for 1 minute consultation can't be justified. And the treatment, He gave medication for the symptoms and not for the root cause. Silverlining is that, he was right in his identification of the medical conditions. He asked me to come for a review in one month. I believe, if I did that, my condition might become chronic and I will be just a Guniea pig for his experiment. Trying to look for some real experienced dermatologist, not a Google reviews hyped wastrel.

Dr.PERUMAL sir, very friendly soft spoken doctor to approach for skin problems.He is patient friendly doesn't go for heavy dosage which may heal immediately and later may incur some other issues.I recommend to my friends and relatives to consult Dr.Perumal sir for all types of skin problems.
