Most of the apartments are light and airy. One car space per apartment with plenty of motorcycle parking. Manned security at the gates 24x7. Reliable back-up power generator that lasts for a minimum 12-hr continuous operation that was seriously tested during the 2016 Varda cyclone.

Compared to jain appartment the facilities may be less but regarding safety and cleanliness Nest is 100% better. I had been to jain appartment before renting a house at Nest. Only a big park and a swimming pool is there in jain nothing else..but required necessary facilities are there in Nest....as a tenant I am very glad that I am a member of Nest....

the maintenance is more than what is collected in Jains apartments which is having more facilities.

Well maintained apartment complex

Consists of 4 blocks - ABCD with 132 houses in all. Covered car and two wheeler parking space. Garden for strolling purpose. An association takes care of the needs of the residents and does maintenance works regularly. No swimming pools. Not a gated community. Fit place for Middle class Office Goers.

Good place. Next to jain Sudershan apartments . Good for family and north Indians.

Good place to live, secured. Kids friendly.

Far from the noises of city this place has all the amenities you need for a flat that includes power backup within flats. Ideal for families, the rent is decent and accessibility to stores is very high.

Ideal and reasonably priced. No restaurant. Located at a walkable distance from bus and railway station

Sidharth is best in real estate so i would like to buy another flat within this year
