hospitals
on
28.02.2022
to
take
consultation
with
ENT
specialist
Mr
Andrew
kurian
for
my
8
months
old
daughter
.
We
got
appointment
in
phone
call
for
7.30
PM
.
We
reached
hospital
at
7.25
PM,
Completed
and
we
were
waiting
for
our
turn
at
8.20
PM
the
nurse
told
us
at
doctor
is
coming
by
car
,
due
to
road
work
there
is
one
way
so
he
will
get
more
late
by
20
to
30
mins
.
So
we
decided
to
sir
in
car
so
that
we
can
feed
the
baby.
After
30
mins
we
went
to
Hospital
at
9.050
Pm
,
all
staffs
had
left
and
the
nurse
told
us
that
doctor
came
and
left
.
They
called
us
but
we
didn't
attend
,
is
wad
they
said
.
Along
with
us
we
had
7
patients
were
there
who
were
pregnant
women,
new
born
baby
,
senior
citizen
etc
and
our
number
was
3rd
so
we
went
out
to
feed
.
I
have
following
questions
to
hospital
1.
If
Mr
Andrew
Kurian
was
late
,
why
werent
we
informed
when
we
reached
hospital
,
why
were
we
told
at
8.20
,
where
as
our
scheduled
appointment
was
at
7.30
2.
If
the
doctor
came
late
why
couldnt
he
wait
for
us
by
10
mins
when
we
waited
for
50
mins
to
1
hour
3.
Why
the
hospital
management
didn't
keep
trying
to
call
till
we
gave
any
answer
4.
If
doctor
hasn't
come
as
per
planned
time
why
did
the
hospital
take
collect
the
payment
.
We
were
not
given
refund
,
neither
we
wanted
,
but
this
attitude
of
hospital
management
is
not
acceptable
,
when
we
patients
take
out
time
and
come
wait
there
hoping
to
see
doctor
.
I
will
never
visit
this
hospital
nor
refer
anyone
.
