Very very worst management. For a simple appointment, they are taking 3 hours to wait. They are keen on asking to pay the bill without checking whether Doctor is available or not. Staffs nurses are not at all kindly. Purely money minded hospital. It's almost 7 months, still they are not able to diagnosis the reason for my infertility. I never prefer this hospital for a general check up too. If you would like to come here, simply turn off your watch. You have to spend your money to waste your time on waiting period.

I had very bad experience by the nursing staff while taking blood test and putting injection.. they are not trained staff... not only myself my son who admitted for COVID also had the same problem... Nursing staff with lack of experience to put IV injection. how you allow them to serve people... Please look into it do the needful to the patients. Infra, facilities and Amenities are good. Poor time management. Nurses are not helpful or polite. They think that except them every one doesn't have any work. Visited Dr Meera Joseph for pregnancy twice. Scheduled simple appointment took 4 to 5 hours. Became money minded now. Giving too many medicines unnecessarily. Guess that for normal pregnancy she is good to consult.

Infrastructure and amenities are fine. But hospital administration is really bad. If you are planning for a covid vaccination shot at this hospital then pls avoid. It took me more than 3 hrs to get vaccine shot here. Government hospitals are better in this aspect. People were literally fighting at the counter because of this. Feel bad for the nurses and workers. Management should take a look into this because all these frustrated people won't consider this hospital for Future treatments.

Me and wife with our 8 month old daughter visited Annai Arul hospitals on 28.02.2022 to take consultation with ENT specialist Mr Andrew kurian for my 8 months old daughter . We got appointment in phone call for 7.30 PM . We reached hospital at 7.25 PM, Completed and we were waiting for our turn at 8.20 PM the nurse told us at doctor is coming by car , due to road work there is one way so he will get more late by 20 to 30 mins . So we decided to sir in car so that we can feed the baby. After 30 mins we went to Hospital at 9.050 Pm , all staffs had left and the nurse told us that doctor came and left . They called us but we didn't attend , is wad they said . Along with us we had 7 patients were there who were pregnant women, new born baby , senior citizen etc and our number was 3rd so we went out to feed . I have following questions to hospital 1. If Mr Andrew Kurian was late , why werent we informed when we reached hospital , why were we told at 8.20 , where as our scheduled appointment was at 7.30 2. If the doctor came late why couldnt he wait for us by 10 mins when we waited for 50 mins to 1 hour 3. Why the hospital management didn't keep trying to call till we gave any answer 4. If doctor hasn't come as per planned time why did the hospital take collect the payment . We were not given refund , neither we wanted , but this attitude of hospital management is not acceptable , when we patients take out time and come wait there hoping to see doctor . I will never visit this hospital nor refer anyone .

Its worst experience I never had with any hospital and they are money oriented and not service oriented.. They are charge like multi specialty hospital but service is worst worst than gov hospital ( sorry we can’t compare with even Govt hospital) 1.staff are rude ( not giving much respect to patients ) 2.No prompt response (feel like they are Govt staff ) 3.Doctor fee will be charged even Follow up on same day with reports. Have been coming to this hospital for my mother's treatment in the last 3-4 years. This place does not give the feel of a canonical hospital, including the people, ambience and infrastructure. Very clean and tidy place. Never encountered a staff/ doctor who was not caring. They don't make you stay beyond the period required. Also, the wait time is almost nil/very less given the crowd. My heartfelt thanks 🙏 to the nursing staff , both day and night shifts, who are always on the move giving individual care to every patient. My best wishes to this concern to continue such high quality service to people.

I would like to bring to the notice of the Management and the Chief Doctors that there are a couple of concerns which will bring a bad reputation to the hospital. I have been consulting my whole family here on any health issues for more than 5 years now. In fact, my second kid was born here. When it comes to Doctors and treatment, the hospital is definitely doing excellent. However, the experience with Pharmacy (in specific) frequently most of the time is really bad. The people working in the pharmacy doesn't really care the out-patients coming in and waiting to purchase medicines. They are very reluctant, careless and doesn't bother even though we raise a concern. The guy sitting at the computer is at times very rude. They make people to wait and continue doing their own work (ex: stock checking, talking over the phone, gossiping etc..) keeping the long queue on wait. I urge you to look into this immediately please, otherwise this will definitely bring down the good reputation which the hospital has really managed to bring-in for years. Good Hospital and care. I've done a minor Surgery to my wife as an inpatient. I'm from Padappai and this is the only well maintained quality hospital nearby. Good care and the system they maintain is found well.

Worst administration ever The appointment was given at a time and the doctor didn't even come to the consultation area until 2.30 hrs later. They get the patients to pay as soon as you enter but the service and respose is not at all worth the amount being charged. No proper response for any questions to the nurses. Especially during this covid time sitting in an hospital fully crowded with no proper control for 2-3 hrs for 10 mins consultation is the worse

Went to OPD with prior appointment to consult ENT specialist Dr. K. Shakthesh . Even being on time, they informed the doctor after we made payment and handed over the file. Doctor arrived 1 hr late for the appointment. Not sure why they make us wait and what is the use of making appointments. No accountability. No respect to people time.

Worst hospital in Tambaram area. Appointment fixed 4 o clok but patients are waiting from 3 o clock. They not even respond. Initially they collect the doctor fee. After paying we can't able to go anywhere . I request you to don't go this hospital instead you have visit near by clinic itself. More than 4 to 5hrs waiting. Worst planning. Worst attendees. They gave me tablet which will not dissolve stone .when I read about the tablets uses in google.He suggested me to do an operation.and then he gave this tablet. If you have pain and come and admit here..I'm going to do consult with other doctors. Dey muthuveeramani, being a doctor you should know how to treat patients. I had come for a executive health check up for my mother-in -law last sunday on 22nd and till now I have not got the check up completed. . I have visited the hospital twice and I was on phone with them from day three for reports still no progress the reception has no data transfer it to lab they put us on hold and disconnect. I paid 4500 for check up which is done for lesser amount in other hospital thinking I will get the best in class service but it's shocker for me . I am receiving a very poor service I can not rate it . Please kindly take this up with the concern team and correct before it's too late ..you have a commendable doctors like Dr. Varun Dr.meena & Dr.Ganesh no doubt but the front line team and poor coordination is putting all their hard work in vain.

I love the overall experience and treatment that is given at the hospital. Dr.varun has been extremely helpful and looks at a patient comprehensively and in detail. The staff at the hospital both inpatient and outpatient have been amazing and very helpful.

I've been referred this hospital for my wife pregnancy care and labor. From the beginning we've been treated well by all staffs, nurses and doctors. Only downside, we encountered was longer wait time sometimes. But I think it's worth it for the final result. Doctor is very friendly and greatly knowledgable. I highly recommend this hospital for any one who need pregnancy care and labor.

Management is poor, faced change of patient report in this hospital during my sister's pregnancy & also no regular time slot to see a doctor.. If the appoint is booked in a time also we have to wait almost 4 hrs... and as a patient if your name match with any other they can't recognize who is who, even though they have unique ID for each. Just for few good doctors revisiting here, years back it's managed well but not now.

Dr Jeyaprakash (Ortho) is one of the best doctors I have come across. He is very calm and patient gave me what is best. People ( Dr.Jeyaprakash, Dr.Arivu Mani, Anil, Dr.Suka sekar and other surgical specialists) at OT was really good and I never had the nervousness about the surgery. They looked after me very well. They were really professional and friendly. They know what they are doing and tried they max level to remove the implant which was placed 13 years and finally they did it 🥳 I’m so thankful for such wonderful people and they support. Finally thanks to all the nurse and staffs members who helped me throughout my surgery process. Annai arul has got best doctors and they aren’t so expensive. Over all I love the service.

He is very kind, patient in explaining the conditions of the patient, as well as concerned genuinely in ensuring the well-being and recovery of his patients. Have been visiting this hospital for my wife's pregnancy for the last 5 months. This place has a very nice ambience and the infrastructure is very good. The staff and nurses are very gentle and they answer very politely for any queries or doubts we ask them. The way our doctor (Meena Joseph) treats and interacts with my wife is so genuine and she never let us leave the room with any questions open in our mind. She takes ample time to consult each patient and I think that is the most important thing for a doctor who is looking out for pregnant patients.

Overall the hospital services are good. Personnaly the doctor (gynecologist) whom we are looking at provides good guidance and explanation wherever necessary. One thing that lacks in the hospital among the working staff is proper communication with patient (or attendees). It is very difficult to get a proper response on appointments. Often appointments gets changed. But other than that I would recommend this doctor.

My In law admitted for two days for salt imbalance. Staff are very kind and took a very good care. There is no hurdles while staying in the ward. Rooms are all clean and floors are sanitized. On the whole treatment was good and hospitality is great. Initial diagnosis was accurate and hopefull.

Very " Positive " hospital. If you swallow a 1 KG weight stone and go for abdomen scan , the radiologist will scan for 3 mins an give report that no stone found. You can happily come home. Moreover they charge 300 400 extra so that you don't go out and eat junk food. Very caring hospital. Moreover it's a multispeciality hospital, any doc can diagnose any issue. Yes , but they will ask you to do 10 tests and scans and then refer you the specific doctor, who will be a visiting doc there who never visits. So with all the scans and tests , remember the scan will be all Positive, nothing found , you need to go to some other hospital.

Good quick turn around time with in a hour to get vaccination completed for myself ,wife,mother ..public needs to be checked for wearing mask in Gate as some walked in without mask and was roaming freely without mask and no one questioning them as they are 6 ft tall and giant build ..request checks are done in gates for benefit of public and hospital staff.. thanks a lot for all arrangements and open well ventilated place for getting seated..

I recently had my first does of vaccination here which was awful experience, staff is so clueless and have no communicative skill, they were so mundane and treat the patient like they pay to us. Many times, when my family gets admitted, its for one or two doctors who we are accustomed to visit, for the hospital equipment, its average but the staff is huge let down especially for the cost we pay. Pharmacy is the worse ever here. Waiting time is always huge and frustrating too.

Hi, My wife and I had to get admitted for Covid treatment with the Lung infection getting worsening post the CT scan results. The Timely quick admission helped in getting us quickly onto the required antibiotics and IV fluids which helped in accelerating the treatment. The attenders, nurses, doctors were helpful in monitoring our vitals round the clock.. Care and attention was given regularly. The Diet dept was also very supportive in ensuring the right food menu is given to the patient depending on their chronic history… Special Thanks fo Dr Varun and Nathan for the excellent support and service. My Wife and I have recovered well with our vitals back to normal..

From screening place to doctor consultation, no proper path for wheel chair patient. In raining season I had to gone through wet floor with Patient in wheel chair roaming around. Emergency and wheel chair patient must be given priority to screen at flexible location. I will change the rating only if change in process

Was admitted for surgery here. Has a very good experience in terms of healthcare, hospitality and cleanliness. The doctor, staff nurse and all other hospital staff were very friendly and understanding. They took very good care before and after surgery and gave clear post surgery care instructions and follow up. Overall extremely satisfied with the level of care.

Pathetic response and follow up despite having so many staff. I was checking around for doctors for emergency consultation and when I called up they said doctor will be available sharp at 3.30. It’s almost 4.20 now and the doctor hasn’t shown up yet. We have been waiting for a long time. Half an hour back a staff told me he came and he is on rounds and now one staff tells me he is stuck in traffic. I drove more than 10 kilometers for this. They just want to bill u first. No care about service and patients.

I have done d and c in 2019...The hospital environment and the faculties are awesome in their work ....Even staffs are doing their jobs with passion and behaving in a polite manner...And I am doing regular check ups for my babies.... Went here to get my second dose of Covaxin as it was unavailable at the Apollo clinic where I had got my first dose. Firstly,there were no proper instructions given by the reception team on the ground floor as to where to go for billing ,creating file and finally getting the vaccine and expect us to know everything and they don't follow the rule of first cum first serve basis for getting your shot which greatly disappointed me.Extra waiting as employees were busy chit chatting with each other.Finally, the nurse who gave me the shot was a bit rude and didn't give any aftercare instructions.

Just a show off hospital. There is no proper ventilation. There is no big difference being outside or inside of the hospital. Hot! Hot! Hot! It is not worth to pay 400 Rs consultation in my personal opinion..

Infrastructure, doctors and nurses or good. But it's an pakka money oriented hospital seems to an corporate hospital. Pediatric doctors are good but the waiting period is too long waited more than 2 hours for paediatric consultation that to not in peak time waited from 12:30 to 2:30 for consultation. Meantime I went to canteen to get some baby food like dhal rice, curd rice. Nothing no food is available for babies. Ever grateful as they saved my mom thrice during worst situations each time. Though other medical staffs were bit rude during COVID times, the doctors were kind enough to treat my mom for severe allergies amidst of peak COVID second wave. The doctors are well-qualified and diagnosis are to the point. The only downside is huge medical expenses one incur even for a minor illness. Also in reception they've no clue about the actual availability of doctor and one has to wait for eternity until the doctor arrive.

Dr. Saravana and Dr. Varun and Dr. Joseph all these doctor are taking good care and they treat us a family member and take good care of my mother . Dr Joseph takes good care of his patients, haven’t had any major complaints on their services in the two times I’ve been there for admission. Overall a hospital definitely worth considering in tambaram.

Hai the hospital is decent but the nurses talk loudly and it’s irritates the person who are in dialysis we already informed them but they don’t take it seriously people who are in dialysis can’t even rest peacefully administration should look in to this. If this continues then preferably have to look to other clinics

I came here for an urological issue for my husband and undergone surgery for him.I am very much happy with the service provided by the hospital. Especially urologist Dr. MUTHU Sir was so polite and soft spoken. He listen to the words patiently. The staff nurse attenders and all the staff members are very kind and gave an immediate response for all means. I am completely impressed by their service.
