This

professionalism.
Best
fitness
center
BUT!!!
I
agree
this
is
one
of
the
best
fitness
center
in
town
and
also
the
cleanest
one
too.
Trainers
are
also
the
best
and
much
calm
again.
But
when
it
comes
to
payments
i
dont
think
they
have
similar
approach.
My
experience
with
them
was
quite
good
at
the
beginning.
Then
I
need
to
travel
to
another
state
for
more
than
6
months
due
to
work
.which
i
informed
them
and
asked
for
a
refund
and
they
don't
have
refund
policy
and
that's
ok.
But
i
told
them
to
hold
the
package
so
I
will
come
back
and
rejoin.
To
my
surprise
when
I
came
back
after
7months
they
said
the
package
which
I
took
is
expired
,it
was
a
annual
package.
They
want
to
enroll
and
pay
again.
Which
is
not
great
professionalism.
I
had
requested
them
as
I
liked
the
fitness
center
much
but
no
good
i
got.
So
my
suggestion
is
opt
for
this
gym
but
don't
opt
for
annual
and
half
yearly
package
.
Go
with
monthly.
For
management-
please
consider
of
there
is
a
prior
request
from
members.
In
annual
package
nearly
one
month
went
off
in
covid
lockdown
and
7
months
for
my
travel
.
If
i
haven't
informed
you
in
prior
it's
ok
but
in
my
case
I
have
informed
well
in
advance
but
still
there
is
no
consideration.
Please
change
your
policy
and
allow
members
if
the
reasons
are
genuine.
